The problem of malpractice cases committed by health workers in Indonesia is still common. The incompetence of health workers is one of the causes of malpractice cases. Malpractice is a medical service that disappoints and harms the patient because the doctor is less successful or fails to seek health and healing for the patient. Medical malpractice perpetrators may be held liable under both civil and criminal law. This study uses a literature review to examine different methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the legal protection policies for victims of malpractice committed by the medical profession. The article search strategy uses an online database, namely Google Scholar and this study uses a systematic review methodology known as PRISMA. The results of this study show that there is legal protection for victims of criminal acts in the medical field under positive criminal law in Indonesia, which is currently carried out by imposing sanctions on perpetrators of criminal acts, namely Law No. 29 of 2004 Article 66 Paragraph 1. In addition to enforcing the malpractice crime law that has been regulated in the Criminal Code to provide stronger guarantees of legal certainty, the handling of medical malpractice and health workers is also regulated in Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning health and Law No. 36 of 2014 concerning health workers.
Positive changes in behavior require a complex process and take more time. So that more encouragement is needed to adopt it. Clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) needs to be applied as early as possible so that the knowledge and attitudes possessed are permanent and long last to strengthen the culture of a clean and healthy society. Elementary school children who are very sensitive and vulnerable to changes that occur in the environment are challenged to implement clean and healthy behavior. In addition, children tend to imitate the behavior of people who are more mature in everyday life. Community service aims to increase children’s knowledge and skills in implementing life and healthy behavior in everyday life. Therefore, it is essential to instill knowledge and behavior of clean and healthy life behavior in children to get used to maintaining and improving personal health and help the next generation to be healthier both physically and spiritually. This community service aims to increase children’s knowledge and skills in implementing life and healthy behavior in everyday life. The method used is counseling for twenty children in Yayasan Taruna Pertiwi 2 at Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan, with a range of elementary school (SD) to junior high school (SMP). The evaluation is carried out in the form of pre test and post test and focuses on group discussions. There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of each child regarding clean and healthy living behaviors, especially in hand washing and brushing teeth and understanding the nutritional consumption of “Isi Piringku”. Selama masa remaja, hormon tubuh akan berubah baik pada anak laki-laki maupun perempuan yang mengarah pada perubahan perkembangan. Selama masa remaja terkhusus pada perempuan tentunya mereka akan mengalami peredaran menstruasi yang di mana peredaran tersebut adalah durasi yang dimulai dari awal menstruasi sampai dengan munculnya kembali tahap menstruasi berikutnya dan peredaran menstruasi bisa terjadi secara normal maupun tidak normal. Pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 terdapat beberapa dari remaja perempuan yang mengalami menstruasi tidak normal karena beberapa hal dan salah satunya disebabkan karena stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai korelasi yang terjadi antara stres dengan peredaran menstruasi kepada para remaja khususnya masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur untuk meneliti metode yang berbeda. Strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan database online yaitu Google Scholar dan penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi systematic review yang dikenal dengan istilah PRISMA. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pandemi Covid1-9 telah mengakibatkan beberapa dari remaja perempuan mengalami peredaran menstruasi yang tidak normal. Hal tersebut karena mereka merasakan stres yang disebabkan harus mampu untuk beradaptasi dari semula kegiatan offline menjadi online dan tidak memiliki aktivitas di luar rumah. Di harapkan walaupun di rumah saja, remaja perempuan bisa melakukan aktivitas fisik untuk mengurangi rasa stres berlebih dan meminimalisir akan terjadinya peredaran menstruasi yang tidak normal .
