A Green mustard or Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a type of vegetable that has high economic value and has the potential to contain bioactive compounds and nutrients that are useful for increasing immunity in the body. The formulation of the problem obtained is whether there is an interaction between giving POC and types of media on the development and production of pakcoy. The purpose of the experiment was to study and evaluate the response of POC and media types to pakcoy production using hydroponics. The research methodology used a completely randomized design, two factors, namely the concentration of POC (K) and the type of growing media (M). Parameters measured included plant height, leaf area, fresh weight, root length. The data were tested with ANOVA consisting of F Count and BNT Test or Duncen's test if there was a significant effect. The results of the study proved that there was no interaction between the two treatments. However, there was a single effect on media use and the best one was M2 (husk charcoal) which had the highest number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight and root length. The addition of POC concentration of 12 ml/L had a very significant effect on the variation in leaf area observed at 30 days after planting.
Abstrak Kacang tanah memiliki kandungan gizi diminati konsumen untuk berbagai olahan. Rumusan masalah di lokasi Nganjuk, mengalami penurunan produksi dan tersrang hama penyakit. Tujuan penelitian mempelajari respon perkembanhan dan hasil kacang tanan dengan aplikasi konsentrasi POC dan jarak tanam. Metode percobaan memakai Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor (I) konsentrasi POC Nasa 3 level (P), yaitu (40, 60, 80) ml/20L. Faktor (II) adalah jarak tanam 3 level, (J), ( 40 x 20, 40 x 30, 40 x 40 ) Cm. Hasil menunjukkan pada diameter batang terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan kombinasi P3J3 (80 ml/ 20L + 40cm x 40cm) dengan nilai rerata 4,29 mm. Konsentrasi POC 80 ml/ 20L air berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah polong /tanaman, 25,33, berat basah 40,50 gram. Jarak tanam 40cm x 40cm (J3) terjadi pengaruh nyata, terbaik pada tinggi : 27,38 cm, jumlah daun 13,44 helai, diameter batang 3,35 mm, berat segar per tanaman 39,87 gram. Jadi kombinasi yang terbaik untuk dipakai petani dalam menaman kacang tanah adalah P3J3 Abstract Peanuts have nutritional content that consumers are interested in because they can be used in various preparations. The aim of the research was to study the response of the growth and yield of groundnut with the application of POC concentration and plant spacing. The experimental method used a factorial randomized block design with two treatment factors. Factor (I) concentration of POC Nasa 3 levels (P), namely (40, 60, 80) ml/20L. Factor (II) is the spacing of 3 levels, (J), ( 40 x 20, 40 x 30, 40 x 40 ) Cm. The results showed that in stem diameter there was an interaction between the combination treatment P3J3 (80 ml/20L + 40cm x 40cm) with a mean value of 4.29 mm. The concentration of POC 80 ml/20L of water had a significant effect on the analysis of the number of pods/plant, about 25.33 pods, wet weight per plant on average 40.50 grams. Planting distance of 40cm x 40cm (J3) had a significant effect on the best parameters on plant height at 35 DAP 27.38 cm, number of leaves 13.44 strands, stem diameter 3.35 mm, wet weight per plant 39.87 grams
ABSTRAKKubis bunga merupakan sayuran yang digemari masyarakat, karena rasanya lezat, mengandung antioksidan dan bergizi tinggi. Konsumsi kubis bunga di Indonesia meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2018 permintaan kubis mencapai 1.45 kg/kapita/tahun yang setara dengan 384 250 ton. Sementara itu produksi kubis bunga pada tahun 2018 mencapai 152 122 ton dan pada tahun 2019 mencapai 183 816 ton. Produksi kubis bunga yang ada belum mampu mencukupi permintaan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi di antaranya adalah dengan pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh interaksi pupuk cair D.I. Grow dan macam varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Tawangrejo Desa Mukuh Kecamatan Kayenkidul Kabupaten Kediri, dengan tinggi tanah 111 dpl, jenis tanah Regosol, pH tanah 5.5-6.0. Percobaan dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair D.I Grow dengan empat level yaitu (D0=tanpa perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk cair; D1= 2.5 ml/l; D2=5.0 ml/l dan D3=7.5ml/l). Faktor kedua adalah varietas kubis bunga (V1=Varietas Kusuma, V2=Cauliflower Spring 46, danV3=PM 126). Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat interaksi antara pemberian pupuk cair D.I. Grow dan varietas kubis bunga. Kombinasi perlakuan D3V2 memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga yang paling baik. Meanwhile, flower cabbage production in 2018 reached 152 122 tons and in 2019 it reached 183 816 tons. The existing production of flower cabbage has not been able to meet the demand. One of the efforts to increase production is fertilizer application. This study aims to study the effect of the interaction of D.I. Grow liquid fertilizer and kinds of varieties on the growth and yield of cauliflower. The research was carried out in Tawangrejo Dusun, Mukuh Village, Kayenkidul District, Kediri Regency, with the altitude of 111 above sea level, soil type Regosol, soil pH 5.5-6.0. The experiment was conducted using a factorial Randomized Block Design which was repeated 3 times. The first factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer D.I Grow with four levels, namely (D0=without liquid fertilizer concentration treatment; D1=2.5 ml/l; D2=5.0 ml/l and D3=7.5ml/l). The second factor was the cauliflower variety (V1=Kusuma variety, V2=Cauliflower Spring 46, and V3=PM 126). The result of the research is that there is an interaction between the application of liquid fertilizer D.I. Grow and cauliflower varieties. The combination of D3V2 treatment gave the best growth and yield of cauliflower.
