Objective: to investigate the prevalence of Minor Psychiatric Disorders and associated factors in nursing workers. Method: observational and analytical sectional study. Data were collected from 285 nursing workers. A questionnaire containing sociodemographic, occupational, psychosocial aspects of work and mental health was used. Bivariate and multivariate analysis were performed by binary logistic regression. Results: the global prevalence of suspected Minor Psychiatric Disorders among nursing workers was 32.6%. Higher prevalence rates were found among female, young, married/common-law married individuals, in the nursing assistant/technician categories, with income up to four minimum wages, developing high-demand work with low social support, high effort-reward imbalance, and over-commitment. Conclusion: the variables that remained associated with the mental health outcome in the final model were: female gender, married/common-law married, high-demand work, high effort-reward imbalance, and over-commitment.
Objective:to analyze the combined use of models for the evaluation of work-related psychosocial aspects and their association with the prevalence of Minor Psychics Disorders among nursing workers. Method:cross-sectional study with a sample of 285 nursing workers. Data collection was performed through the application of a structured sociodemographic and occupational questionnaire and the Demand-Control-Support, Effort-Reward Imbalance and Self-Reporting Questionnaire. Descriptive analysis and a multiple logistic regression were performed. Results:the prevalence of suspicion of minor psychics disorders was 32.6%. The dimensions of both models were associated with mental health. The full Effort-Reward Imbalance and Demand-Control and Social Support models predict Minor Psychics Disorders to a greater extent than the combined use of partial models. Conclusion:it was found that the Effort-Reward Imbalance model captured better the magnitude of the Minor Psychics Disorders in this sample of workers compared to the Demand-Control and Social Support model. However, the concomitant use of the theoretical models revealed unique contributions in the evaluation of Minor Psychics Disorders. Considering the complexity of mental illnesses, it is important that different factors be evaluated.
Objective: to reveal the feelings and perceptions of nursing professionals who underwent the process of job rotation among sectors of a hospital as a management tool in conflict resolution. Method: a qualitative study carried out with 22 professionals, nurses and nursing technicians, using the focus group technique and content analysis based on the theoretical reference of Symbolic Interaction. Results: the job rotation process was positive regarding factors that help in resolving conflicts such as: increased knowledge and skills, recognition of the activities performed by peers, and improved interpersonal relationships, in addition to reducing resistance when working in other sectors. However, this process elicited anxiety, fear, frustration, sadness, distress, and insecure feelings attributed to ineffective communication and to the lack of the team's participation in developing the proposal. Conclusion: job rotation is an important strategy for reducing conflict; however, it is essential that managers share this proposal with the team before implementing it.
Introdução: os agravos decorrentes das cargas psíquicas de trabalho são expressos no corpo do mesmo pela ocorrência de doenças ocupacionais, principalmente em trabalhadores da saúde, que estão diretamente ligados aos pacientes. Objetivo: analisar as evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura, sobre o uso de recursos digitais na promoção da saúde mental de trabalhadores da saúde, os quais serão considerados neste estudo, todos aqueles que têm contato direto com pacientes. Método: protocolo de revisão sistemática segundo o Manual Cochrane, onde utilizará o anagrama PICOS para Patient, Intervention, Comparator, Outcomes e Study design no desenvolvimento da pesquisa. Serão consultadas as plataformas: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, banco de dados produzido pela Associação Americana de Psicologia, banco de dados da Elsevier, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials e a base da Clarivate Analytics. Resultados: Serão apresentados em forma narrativa, com esquemas, tabelas e quadros. Conclusão: o protocolo de pesquisa garante o rigor metodológico do processo de revisão. Dessa forma espera-se encontrar evidências de intervenções por meios digitais que promovam a saúde mental do trabalhador.

Das variáveis investigadas, apresentaram associação estatisticamente significativa com o desfecho o sexo feminino e o controle no trabalho. Conclusão: os resultados evidenciaram a proporção de 24,1% para os Distúrbios Psíquicos Menores nos trabalhadores de enfermagem do local estudado; quanto aos fatores associados, o sexo feminino e o controle no trabalho apresentaram associação significativa com o desfecho.
