Conceptual discourse and practice of religious education is considered effective as a means of internalizing character values as early as possible for the provision of children's lives in the future. This study describes the implementation of religious education in instilling character values in early childhood by using a survey method in 624 early childhood education in 33 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the majority of early childhood education leaders implement religious education policies in the institutions they lead with a calculated value of (93.37%). Then the implementation of religious education strengthens cognitive knowledge through material content about God by (99.84%), Prophets by (100%), holy books by (100%), houses of worship by (100%), and material content about morals by (100%) 100%). While the affective aspect of religious education includes material content about value planting (100%), planting the value of helping to help (99.84%). While the material that leads to the psychomotor aspect includes material about mutual respect (99.52%), and material about politeness (99.84%). The narrative of the survey results shows that religious education at the early childhood education level has been carried out in accordance with early childhood education standards, namely placing religious education as a means of internalizing character values through material content that strengthens the cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities of early childhood. Abstrak Diskursus konseptual dan praktik pendidikan agama dinilai efektif sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai karakter sedini mungkin untuk bekal hidup anak ke depan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan implementasi pendidikan agama dalam menanamkan nilai karakter pada anak usia dini dengan menggunakan metode survei di 624 lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang ada di 33 Provinsi di Indonesia. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pimpinan pendidikan anak usia dini menerapkan kebijakan pendidikan keagamaan di lembaga yang dipimpinnya dengan nilai perhitungan sebesar (93,37%). Kemudian implementasi pendidikan agama cenderung memperkuat aspek kognitif melalui konten materi tentang Tuhan sebesar (99,84%), Nabi sebesar (100%), kitab suci sebesar (100%), rumah ibadah sebesar (100%), dan konten materi tentang akhlak sebesar (100%). Sedangkan pendidikan agama yang menekankan aspek afektif meliputi konten materi tentang penanaman nilai kejujuran sebesar (100%), penanaman nilai tolong menolong sebesar (99.84%). Sementara untuk materi yang mengarah ke aspek psikomotor meliputi materi tentang saling menghormati sebesar (99,52%), dan materi tentang kesopanan sebesar (99,84%). Narasi hasil survey tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar isi pendidikannya, yaitu menempatkan pendidikan agama sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai karakter melalui konten materi yang memperkuat kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik anak usia dini.
This study aimed at evaluating the implementation of education at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong as a leading school, in the perspective of its antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. This study was using Countenance model of evaluation from Stake as the basis of its methodology. The data were collected from all educational elements at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong, including the principal, teachers, and students limited into the second and the third year pupils. The data were collected using questionnaires, documentations, observations, and interviews. The result of the research revealed the followings. First, almost all of the aspects of the antecedents, were in ideal conditions. Second, internally, the process of education at MAN Insan Cendekia ran well, and externally, related to its function as a model, the implementation was not optimal yet. And finally the third, the learning achievement of the students of MAN Insan Cendekia, which was indicated by their scores on UN and various level achievements, increased compared to the result of the previous years, and this could be valued as a good achievement of MAN Insan Cendekia in performing the educational process.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong sebagai sekolah terkemuka, dalam perspektif anteseden, transaksi, dan hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance dari Pasak sebagai dasar metodologinya. Data dikumpulkan dari seluruh elemen pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas dua dan tiga. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan berikut ini. Pertama, hampir semua yang aspek anteseden, seperti jumlah siswa dan kualitas input mahasiswa, ketersediaan sumber pendukung pembelajaran, kualitas guru, dalam kondisi ideal. Kedua, Secara internal, proses pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia berjalan dengan baik, dan secara eksternal terkait dengan fungsinya sebagai model, implementasinya belum optimal. Para siswa dan guru memandang bahwa implementasi pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia berjalan dengan baik, sehubungan dengan fasilitas belajar yang lebih lengkap daripada di sekolah lain. Dan akhirnya yang ketiga, prestasi belajar siswa MAN Insan Cendekia, yang ditunjukkan oleh skor mereka di UN dan berbagai tingkat prestasi, meningkat dibandingkan dengan hasil tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dan ini bisa dinilai sebagai pencapaian yang baik dari MAN Insan Cendekia dalam melakukan proses pendidikan.
This study aims to evaluate the inclusive education program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Badrussalam Surabaya. The education program aims to improve human resource competencies in increasing abilities. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) of the qualitative research approach model introduced by Stufflebeam. The results showed that the education program at MI Badrussalam Surabaya had run well in accordance with the education program that had been prepared. However, in the implementation of inclusive education in MI Badrussalam, there are still some deficiencies both in the fields of funding, facilities and infrastructure as well as on the Welfare of mentors and special teachers (GP / K).
In the digital era and the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the quality of human resources needs to be improved in order to have competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the organization. Therefore, an effective and efficient method is needed to improve employee competence by using e-learning technology. This study analyzes the Diffusion of Innovation Theory through the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The study uses quantitative data obtained by surveying 400 SME employees in Indonesia using an e-learning system. Dissemination of data is by using online questionnaires through social media. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) modeling. The results of data analysis show that the theory of diffusion of innovations mediated by intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in the UTAUT model had a significant effect. The aspects that make up the theory of diffusion of innovation significantly and directly affect the intention of SMEs employees to use the e-learning system. The findings show that the diffusion of innovation theory has various indicators for the application of learning systems and further e-learning development so that they can have a real and significant impact on improving organizational performance and competitiveness.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs cooperates with the Government of Australia had built an Islamic Junior High School-One Ceiling Program (MTs-SA) amid the rural community in suburb area. The development of the Mts-SA aims at improving primary education access in the course of supporting an accomplishment for obligatory study and of improving graduation quality at private education institution managed by community group as classified poor or geographically isolated. This writing explains the educayional access development, management, and community participation in supporting the existence of MTs-SA. AbstrakKementrian Agama bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Australia telah membangun Madrasah Tsanawiyah SA (MTs-SA) di tengah masyarakat pedesaan di wilayah pinggiran. Pembangunan MTs-SA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses pendidikan dasar dalam rangka mendukung penyelesaian wajib belajar, serta peningkatan kualitas lulusan pada lembaga pendidikan swasta yang dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat yang tergolong miskin atau secara terisolasi secara geografis. Tulisan ini menjelaskan pengembangan akses pendidikan, tata kelola, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung keberadaan MTs-SA.
