Middle-ear angiosarcoma is a rare tumor, in which diagnosis is late because early symptoms are not specific. A multidisciplinary approach is essential for efficient management.
La Côte-d'Ivoire se trouve dans une zone à faible incidence des cancers du nasopharynx. La fréquence des tumeurs malignes du cavum en Côte-d'Ivoire est estimée à 8 %. Notre étude a relevé une prédominance masculine (80 %) et deux pics de fréquence dans les tranches d'âges de 10 à 25 ans et vers l'âge de 60 ans. 73,33 % de nos patients sont de niveau socioéconomique bas. La moitié avait comme facteur de risque alimentaire les nitrosamines. Le délai de consultation moyen était de 11 mois et constituait un facteur de mauvais pronostic.

Half of our patients have nitrosamine as a risk factor. Delay before consultation was 11 months being a factor of bad prognostic.
