The nesting whitefly <em>Paraleyrodes </em>minei Iaccarino 1990 (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) was found on leaves of sour orange tree <em>Citrus aurantium</em> L., 1758, in the Gussone Park of the Faculty of Agriculture, of the U niversity of N aples “Federico II”, at Portici, Italy.
Two species of <em>Encarsia</em> (<em>E. aseta</em> and <em>E. sophia</em>) were identified as parasitoids of <em>Aleuroclava</em> sp, probably <em>A. aucubae</em>. The occurrence of <em>Encarsia aseta</em> is recorded for the first time in Europe. The phenology of both, pest and parasitoids, is under study.
