International audienceeHealth technology can bring about many benefits for patients, health professionals, and institutions by providing faster, safer, and better healthcare services through the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) with eHealth. We believe the success of the next generation of healthcare services requires advances in modern computing to support truly intelligent, instrumental and interconnected capacities for smart eHealth, with proactivity, quality, scalability, security, automaticity, and reliability. This paper proposes a Multi eHealth Cloud Service Framework MeCa) adopting a holistic approach that embodies a hub of emerging services and applications in its architecture that comprise a technology for smart eHealth. A performance evaluation was carried out on a real testbed, and the results demonstrated that MeCa is able to optimize the constraints of mobile eHealth applications by saving energy consumption, as well as both CPU and memory usage in a Home-Assisted Living use cases
