Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana penerapan Quantum Teaching pada pel ajaran PKN pada siswa kel as V MI Miftahul Falah Cipulir, (2) Bagaimana peningkatan prestasi belajar melalui metode Quantum Teaching pada pel ajaran PKN pada siswa kal as V MI Miftahul Fal ah r, (3) A pa sajakah hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Quantum Teaching pada pelajaran PKN pada siswa kelas V MI Miftahul Falah Cipulir. Penel itian ini adalah Penel itian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara maka penerapan Quantum teaching, mampu meni ngkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan terdapat peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yang semula nilai rata-rata dari pretest sebesar 6,55 pada siklus I ini meningkat menjadi 7,93 atau sekitar 4%. Sedangkan pada siklus II peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yang semula nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 6,55 pada siklus II ini meningkat menjadi 8,66 atau sekitar 35%. Hal ini menunjukkann bahwa 95% siswa berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar PKN dengan hasil belajar yang baik, walaupun selama penerapan masih mengalami beberapa hambatan, akan tetapi hal ini bukan berarti menafikan keberhasilan penerapan quantum teaching dalam pelajaran PKN pada siswa kelas V di MI Miftahul Falah Cipulir karena dalam penerapan quantum teaching telah menunjukkan hasilnya yaitu kegairahan dan kesenangan siswa dalam belajar, suasana yang terlihat dinamis dan siswa menjadi aktif.

Due to the pandemic condition, we rely more on the technology usage. Technology presents us plentiful advantages and features in the teaching and learning. Specifically in smart phones, android nowadays offer numerous applications of language learning in Play Store. This article shows the benefits of Android applications namely Duolingo, Busuu, Rosetta Store, and Memrise in learning English language. These apps enhance the user’s four language skills mastery using games, riddles and other various ways. By learning language independently, students may also their cognitive, meta-cognitive and affective skills. It aids learners to gain their goals in a fun and enjoyable ways. Further, it is also beneficial in terms of improving students’ motivation and confidence, easy and simple, practical and entertaining, and sustainability.

Writing is acknowledged as a skill that needs a high order thinking and a deep understanding of developing ideas. It also deals with the students’ ability in organizing a proper paragraph, various vocabularies, and decent grammar application through written text. To create a worthy writing product, it requires the integration of numerous aspects involving diction, organization, grammar, cohesion, and sequence. Due to the complexity of writing, students may find obstacles in transforming and organizing their ideas into written text. Specifically, in this paper, Information Technology (IT) Department students of State Polytechnic of Malang faced problems in writing a text. Thus, the researchers applied infographics media to improve students’ writing skills in composing instruction in the form of procedure text to solve the problems. The results of the research showed that infographics are beneficial and successful in improving students’ writing skills, especially in using sequence adverbs and imperative verbs.   Keywords: infographics, writing skills, procedure text

At the village level, administrative services are the main service and are directly related to the needs of the community. Administrative services can be in the form of issuing certificates, cover letters, letters of recommendation, legalization, and other letters. For administrative services in correspondence, the problems faced by the Karangduren village office regarding the installation of computer networks. Currently, computers that store data and applications for mailing repositories are not yet connected to other computers, resulting in queuing and slow document processing. With these problems, PPM (Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat) activities will be carried out in the form of "Implementation of Computer Network Installation to Support Mailing Repository Applications at the Karangduren Village Office, Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang". Through PPM activities in Karangduren village, Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang is done to help solve problems regarding the installation of computer networks. By installing a computer network at the village office, all computers in the village office can be connected. So with the installation of this computer network, it can improve the service and performance of the Karangduren Village Office in serving the community. The results of this PPM activity will produce a computer network installation design and a basic computer network manual.

This condition comes from short-term and long-term mobility. Students coming from developed countries, such as Australia, North America and Western Europe, tend to choose short-term program. Meanwhile, pupils coming from Asian-Pacific countries prefer a lengthy extensive study in pursuing their education. The needs and demands of international students coming to this nation must be in line with the development of the universities or institutions inside. Since 2018, State Polytechnic of Malang has opened international classes for foreigners. This institution provides 9 classes for 9 study programs from 7 various departments each year. Particularly in the Information Technology (IT) department, the foreign students are around 8 to 12% of the whole class population. Unfortunately, they do not receive a matriculation program and an Indonesian language course before getting the lectures. This can lead them to have a misinterpretation or misunderstanding while having communication with their Indonesian friends. At the present, administration staff and Information Technology lecturers also do not get a short education or additional media in communicating using English language. The emergence of the issue causes inadequate services to the foreign students. If this problem continues, there will be dissatisfaction with the college services and a decrease in quality assurance. Due to this condition, the researchers aim to develop a bilingual pocketbook for the IT lecturers and administration staff. Specifically, to make the pocketbook more informative, the researchers also include the usage of Quick Response (QR) code and infographics.</p><p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Pertumbuhan pesat mahasiswa internasional dari tingkat tersier telah mencapai hampir tiga juta sejak tahun 2007. Kondisi ini berasal dari mobilitas jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Mahasiswa yang berasal dari negara maju, seperti Australia, Amerika Utara, dan Eropa Barat cenderung memilih program jangka pendek. Sementara itu, siswa yang berasal dari negara-negara Asia-Pasifik lebih memilih studi ekstensif yang panjang dalam mengejar pendidikan mereka. Kebutuhan dan tuntutan mahasiswa internasional yang datang ke bangsa ini harus sejalan dengan perkembangan universitas atau institusi di dalamnya. Sejak tahun 2018, Politeknik Negeri Malang membuka kelas internasional untuk orang asing. Lembaga ini menyediakan 9 kelas untuk 9 program studi dari 7 jurusan yang berbeda setiap tahunnya. Khusus di jurusan Teknologi Informasi (TI), mahasiswa asing tersebut berjumlah sekitar 8 hingga 12% dari seluruh populasi kelas. Sayangnya, mereka tidak mendapatkan program matrikulasi dan kursus bahasa Indonesia sebelum mendapatkan kuliah. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan mereka salah tafsir atau salah paham saat berkomunikasi dengan teman-teman Indonesia mereka. Saat ini, staf administrasi dan dosen Teknologi Informasi juga tidak mendapatkan pendidikan singkat atau media tambahan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Munculnya isu tersebut menyebabkan pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa asing kurang memadai. Jika masalah ini terus berlanjut, akan terjadi ketidakpuasan terhadap layanan perguruan tinggi dan penurunan penjaminan mutu. Melihat kondisi tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku saku bilingual untuk dosen TI dan staf administrasi. Secara khusus, agar buku saku lebih informatif, peneliti juga menyertakan penggunaan kode Quick Response (QR) dan infografis.<strong></strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>
