<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>This study aims to find out the religious moderation oriented on local wisdom in the local community, the function of local wisdom in establishing a religious moderation climate, and local wisdom development strategies that contain elements of religious moderation that can be implemented in the policy. This study used descriptive research to explore the local wisdom in the developing community which interrelated with religious moderation. The study was conducted in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants, document study, and field observations. The data collected then analyzed in the writing stage and were analyzed when being reduced, then were presented in the form of a description. The results of this study indicated as follows: (1) the religious moderation oriented local wisdom contained in the local community are Aluk Tondolo and the Tongkonan traditional house as parts of the culture and local wisdom of Tana Toraja, (2) The Tongkonan traditional house is a symbol of harmony and kinship which contains some local wisdom, including the Rambu Solo, Rambu Tuka and Karapasan ceremonies, in which the Karapasan Culture is believed by its adherents or the Toraja tribe to be a path towards peace, (3) The moderation of life with ambiance of harmony between religious communities has gone very well since the Toraja people know harmonious life between 2 (two) or more different religions.</span></p></div></div></div>
Suku Bugis merupakan salah satu suku yang bermukim di Sulawesi Selatan, dan menjadi salah satu suku bangsa terbesar di Indonesia yang sudah terkenal sejak lama dengan kegigihan dalam bekerja keras dan senang untuk merantau. Tentu saja yang menjadi salah satu tujuan mereka untuk merantau adalah dengan memperbaiki taraf hidup dan memperluas jaringan ekonomi agar tepap bisa bertahan. Masyarakat Bugis yang melakukan migrasi kehampir seluruh Wilayah Indonesia bahkan ke manca negara dapat memberikan warna baru dalam kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan. Masyarakat Bugis yang melakukan migrasi turut dalam memberikan pengaruh dalam pengembangan bidang keagamaan yang menjadi daerah tujuan mereka bermigrasi. Salah satu peran Migran Bugis dalam perjalanan migrasinya ketika mereka berhasil dalam perantauan mereka berusaha megembangkan dakwah kagamaan sebagai salah satu bentuk keberhasilan mereka dan bentuk rasa sukur mereka, maka pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan adalah bentuk meraka dalam mengaktualisasikan dirinya dengan mendidrikan lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah keagamaan dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an yang mereka kelola sendiri maupun melibatkan masyarakatsekitar.
Perkembangan teknologi yang merambah ke seluruh sendi kehidupan manusia membawa perubahan terhadap budaya masyarakat khususnya dalam proses pernikahan. Pernikahan yang menuntut proses akad nikah yang secara langsung dihadiri oleh seluruh pihak baik mempelai laki-laki, mempelai perempuan, wali dan saksi mulai terjadi pergeseran yang tajam. Pelaksanaan ijab qabul via online menjadi sebuah cara baru dalam proses akad nikah. Ijab qabul via online menurut penafsiran hukum Islam terjadi perbedaan pendapat sehingga pelaksanaan pencatatan nikah khususnya nikah dengan ijab qabul via online juga terjadi perbedaan pendapat.
Pesantren is Islamic education institution that still be needed by the Ummah. The study of kitab kuning is an important element of it, and this generally tends to be stagnant, for various reasons. Therefore the study of the use of kitab kuning in pesantren is urgent. This research highlights the reality of kitab kuning study in boarding school, mainly Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Ternate. This is qualitative research in which the data collection techniques are interview, observation and study of documents and literature. The analysis of the data is qualitative description. The result of this research shows that Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Ternate, which was established in 1994, includes a combination between Islamic boarding school system and formal education units in the form of schools and madrasas. Basically the santri are lodged. The boarding school students are junior and senior high school students, both male and female. The male and female campuses are separated by a distance of about 1 km. They are all participated in tahfidz Alquran and ta’līm diniyyah. The books studied in this boarding school are limited to 5 books that outlined by the Central Executive, regarding Aqidah, Fikih, Tafsir, Sirah and Arabic. The study of these books uses lecture method and the santris only gather and heed without having the book.
