Masalah dalam Penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran penjas siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik pada siswa dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum distribusi frekuensi variabel penelitian. berdasarkan klasifikasi dan distribusi data penelitian instrumen penelitian, digunakan metoda belah dua (split-half method), Untuk menghitung tingkat reliabilitas digunakan formulasi korelasi (Product Moment) mengetahui reliabilitas setengah test, dilanjutkan dengan rumus (Spearman Brown). Hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) Ketercapaian skor motivasi intrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 37.72 %. (2) Ketercapaian skor motivasi ekstrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 42.98 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian skor motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa masih rendah.
The problem in this study is the lack of student interest in freestyle swimming. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming learning methods using swimming boards and interest in freestyle swimming skills. This type of research is quantitative using quasi-experimental research with a population of elementary school students in the city of Padang, sampling techniques using random purposive sampling, amounting to 26 people, determining the distribution of groups by matching techniques. The study design was carried out pre-test, then treated for 14 meetings and carried out post-test. The test instrument used was the ability to swim freestyle. By using the normality test (liliefors) and data analysis techniques with the t-test, at a significant level (α = 0.05). Then the results of the study showed that: (1) There was a significant influence between the learning methods using the swimming board on students' interest in freestyle swimming, with the results of t-count (15.37)> t-table (1.81).
Problems in the study is the reduced ability of the basic techniques of soccer player SSB Ripan's U-14 Lubuk Buaya Padang. The aim of research to determine the ability of the basic techniques of passing, dribbling, shooting and heading. Type of research is descriptive, This type of research is descriptive, the population is 43 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a study of 18 players from RB's U-14 Lubuk Buaya, Padang City. RESULTS: (1) the technical capability of passing, 1 category of excellent, good category 3, 8 medium category, and 6 poor category. (2) the ability of dribbling techniques, 9 categories of good, moderate category 3, category 5 people are less and less category 1. (3) the ability of shooting technique, one person category very well, either category 5, 6 medium category, 4 categories less, and 2 categories less so. (4) the ability of the technique heading, 1 category of excellent, 3 good category 8 category is, 5 the poor category, and one category less so.
The problem in this study is the low motivation of athletes to exercise. The purpose of the study was to determine the motivation of the pencak silat athletes in the city of Padang. This research uses descriptive. The population in this research is the pencak silat athletes from Padang City. Sampling using purposive sampling. The research data analysis technique uses a frequency distribution technique with the calculation of the percentage P = F / N × 100%, or = 0.05. Based on the results of 26 (100%) athletes. Those who have a very good category are 9 athletes or (34.6%), who have a good category are 17 athletes or (65.4%), who have a moderate category are 0 athletes or (0.0%), who have a poor category 0 athletes or (0.0%) and those who have a category less than 0 athletes or (0.0%)
