On the base of equal-parametric method, this paper presents a new algorithm of adaptive step lengths on parametric coordinate system. The algorithm considers the radius of the curvature difference between different cutter contact points.To meet the premise of precision and roughness ,the algorithm have optimized cutter attitude, planning cutter location path generation for five-axis machining.This algorithm is suitable for machining sculptured surface.
Based on the analysis of traditional maintenance mode, such as breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance, lean maintenance strategy is disscussed according to it. To developed the equipment lean maintenance, a lean maitenance method is provided based on real-time data acquisition. The method benefites from the information integrated frame of manufacturing execution system, by which the real-time data of equipment is got. Based on the real-time data, the principle of status data trigger is discussed in detail, and the dynamic maintenance plan is given on the basis of maintenance rules automatically. Finally, maintenance planning system is developed by the way of system design, including business flow design, function design and principle design.
Proposed a construction method of visual cone, to solve the surface 5-axis NC machining tool interference problems with the surface. At any point on the surface structure the visual cone area, according to visual cone determine whether the global tool interference with surface, and correct the tool spindle of interference cutter, solved the global surface and tool interference problems successfully. The application shows, this method is of high efficiency, high precision.
To satisfy the manufacturing requirement of tyre tread pattern mold, the problem of machining region planning in the computer aided manufacturing of tyre mold is introduced. And it is analyzed that the core technology is the definition of inner and outer contours for machining region planning and tool-path planning. According to the defect of traditional constructed way of machining region, an auto recognition method of inner and outer contour is studied based on the inclusive test method.The detail step of the method is illustrated.Thinking about the special condition of the method, corresponding strategy is given. This method is applied in the computer aided manufactuing of tyre tread mold, by which machining region planning can be solved effectively.
