Introduction: Successful aging (SA) is defined as adding life to years and as feeling satisfied with past and present life. Criteria for successful aging: free of disease and disability; high levels of physical and cognitive functioning; and social engagement. The aim of this study was to describe factors associated with successful aging among older peopleMethods: The literature search strategy identified 1.914 articles. The PRISMA strategy was used to identify articles that met inclusion criteria. Initially 255 duplicated studies were excluded; resulting in 1659 articles screened for inclusion in this review. A further 1567 articles were removed based on the title and abstract. The remaining 32 articles were assessed for inclusion this review. Nineteen articles were excluded. In total 13 studies met inclusion criteria for this review. These 13 studies were assessed for quality, data extraction and synthesis.Results: The factors associated with successful aging are age, gender, few physical morbidities, absence of depression, body weight or BMI in the overweight range, carrying out more than six AADL and high levels of physical activity, education, smoking, alcohol consumption, marital status, proactive engagement, wellness resources, positive spirit, and valued relationships, sleep quality, leisure activity, economic status, religious activity, and high perceived meaningfulness.Conclusion: The factors that influence successful aging are socio-demographic factor, physiological, psychological, and lifestyle behavioral factors. This study shed light on the key factors that healthcare providers or researchers should consider in intervention studies and programs to promote healthy aging.
Perawat memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan dokumentasi keperawatan. dokumentasi keperawatan dilakukan oleh perawat dimana 57,2% kegiatan perawat adalah melakukan dokumentasi keperawatan di pelayanan primer dan 46,8% kegiatan di rumah sakit perawat melaksanakan dokumentasi keperawatan. Dalam melakukan pendokumentasian, perawat berdasarkan keilmuan masing-masing dengan referensi yang dimiliki terkadang menggunakan refernsi tidak jelas (internet), ruangan tidak memiliki referensi terbaru sebagai standar dan panduan asuhan keperawatan serta tindakan yang terdokumentasi lebih pada tindakan medis. Berdasarkan analisis tim pengabdian masyarakat di RSUD Piru untuk melakukan pendampingan penyusunan standar dan panduan asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan refernsi terbaru yaitu buku 3 S (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI)., dengan sasaran adalah perawat dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah penyampaian materi dominan dengan katerorik baik. Tersusun 13 penyakit terbanyak di rumah sakit serta 35 diagnosa keperawatan berdasarkan buku 3 S.
This study aims to analyze the phenomenological description of the experiences of mothers caring for children with stunting at the age of 6-24 months. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study design in mothers who care for children with stunting aged 6-24 months, with 15 participants selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that there were four main themes related to the experience of mothers caring for children with stunting aged 6-24 months, namely exclusive breastfeeding, the inappropriateness of MP-ASI giving, lack of mother's knowledge and non-fluent breastfeeding. In conclusion, the mother's experience in caring for stunted children, namely exclusive breastfeeding is incomplete, breastfeeding is replaced by Sufor, early MP-ASI giving, inappropriateness in giving MP-ASI, lack of knowledge of mothers about child growth, child nutrition and the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and non-current breastfeeding caused by heredity and only a little out.
