Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a guide for employees in carrying out work and if it is carried out consistently it will increase the productivity of the employees themselves. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) becomes important for the employees themselves and the company. Healthy employees with a low level of work accidents will certainly increase the productivity of employees and the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing SOP and K3 to increase the work productivity of PT. North Sumatra Regional Division I Railway.This study used quantitative methods with a population of 105 people and a sample of 51 people taken randomly from the crew of PT. North Sumatra Regional I Division Train. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, determination test, f test and t test, F test and determination with the help of the SPSS version 25.00 test tool.The results of the study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of standard operating procedures and K3 variables on the working productivity variable of KA Crew either partially or simultaneously. Besides, it is known that the implementation of standard operating procedures and K3 is still not optimal. Therefore KUPT Kru KA should provide direction and periodically evaluate machinists and assistant machinists, improve supervision and regular evaluation of the implementation of occupational safety and health.
