AbstrakPengembangan sistem Lective selalu diupayakan untuk memajukan segala aspek dalam sistem pendidikan guna memudahkan proses belajar mengajar dan memberikan pelayanan. Salah satunya laporan hasil perumusan kurikulum untuk memudahkan proses identifikasi dan pengendalian oleh program studi. Laporan progres penyusunan RPS dan notifikasi dapat bermanfaat sebagai pemantauan dan mengevaluasi perkembangan atau progres penyusunan kurikulum yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing dosen pengampu mata kuliah, sehingga kinerja dosen maupun program studi lebih terkontrol. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif dan mencari pengujian solusi menggunakan proses BPI (Business Process Improvement). Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan menyusun skenario uji serta menerapkan pengujian fungsionalitas setelah pengembangan sistem. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu notifikasi pada dashboard dosen berupa tanggat tenggat waktu dan nilai persentase progress kumulatif penyusunan RPS, halaman progress persentase penyusunan masing-masing dosen pengampu, dan progress RPS seluruh dosen. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, pengembangan sistem dikatakan tidak menggangu fungsionalitas sistem sebelumnya, namun dalam pencocokan nilai persentasi yang didapat sistem membutuhkan penggalian lebih dalam untuk sesuai dengan penilaian pakar. Kata kunci: progres rps, persentase, notifikasi, pengembangan sistem Abstract The development of Lective sytem always continuously advanced to make it better in every aspects of the educational system in order to simplify the teaching and learning process and services. One of them was the presentation of curriculum arrangement to easier the identification process and control by departement of study. Preparation progress of subject teaching plan and notification can be used as control and evaluation the curriculum progress that made by the lecturers, so that the lecturers and departments performanced became more controlled. The development was based on qualitative analysis and given solution by Business Process Improvements. The system tested was done by Black Box Method by compiled the testing scenario that researcher made and applied the functional testing after the development system applied at the old one. The result was notification page that implemented at dashboard system inculuded due date and persentage of subject teaching plan commulative progress, persentage of subject teaching plan progress that was done by lecturers, and persentage of all subjects. The testing result that done by the scenario before declare that system was normal after the development system applied, but the persentage value of system was unmatched due to lack of condition that developer implemented in system to match the expert judgement.
