Introduction: The purpose of this study was to develop a model of precede-proceed and social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior visit to posyandu (the integrated service post). Methods: This study was create model of behavior with cross sectional design. The population was mothers in Magetan and the sample size was 400, selected using simple random sampling. Exogenous variable was social capital, while endogenous variables were predisposing factors, reinforcing factors, enabling factors, and behavior. Statistical analysis was Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling with the program of Amos 18. Phase 2 was non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. The independent variable was behavioral models, while dependent variable was the behavior of the mother visited posyandu. Statistical analysis was T-Test. Results and analysis: Intervention precede-proceed model of social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior to visit posyandu (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: The intervention precede-proceed model and social capital influence the improvement of maternal behavior to visit posyandu.
AbstrakPembinaan tumbuh kembang anak secara komprehenship dan berkualitas dilakukan pada masa kritis melalui kegiatan "stimulasi, deteksi dan intervensi dini" penyimpangan tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang menyeluruh dan terkoordinasi, diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kemitraan antara keluarga (orang tua, pengasuh anak dan anggota keluarga lainnya), masyarakat (kader,tokoh masyarakat, organisasi profesi, lembaga swadaya masyarakat) dan tenaga profesional (kesehatan, pendidikan dan sosial). Peran serta guru PAUD sebagai salah satu sasaran tidak langsung pada pelaksanaan SDIDTK diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak usia dini dan kesiapan memasuki jenjang pendidikan formal. Di Kecamatan Socah terdapat 292 anak usia pra sekolah, dengan jumlah PAUD dan TK sebanyak 35 sekolah dan sebagian besar guru PAUD dan TK yang ada belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan ataupun pelatihan tentang SDIDTK. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini, dari 30 guru PAUD/TK yang mengikuti kegiatan, untuk pengukuran pertumbuhan dan semua guru PAUD/TK sudah dapat melakukan dengan benar. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran perkembangan, pada saat dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan yang pertama masih ada yang belum bisa melakukan dengan benar penilaian perkembangan dengan menggunakan KPSP namun pada saat evaluasi kedua dan ketiga semua guru PAUD/TK sudah dapat melakukan dengan benar. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, tumbuh kembang, SDIDTK AbstractThe comprehensive quality guidance of child growth and development is carried out during critical periods through the activities of stimulation, detection and early intervention of child growth deviation. This activity is a comprehensive and coordinated activity held in the form of partnerships between families (parents, child caregivers and other family members), communities (cadres, community leaders, professional organizations, non-governmental organizations) and professional staff (health, education and society ).The participation of PAUD teachers as one of the indirect targets in implementing SDIDTK is expected to help improve the quality of early childhood growth and readiness to enter the level of formal education. In Socah, with 35 PAUD and TK and most of the existing PAUD and TK teachers have never received knowledge or training about SDIDTK. The results showed that of PAUD?TK teachers who participated in the activity, in growth assessment and all PAUD / TK teachers were able to do it correctly. Whereas, measurement of development, at the first evaluation of activities, there were still those who could not properly carry out the development evaluation using KPSP but at the second and third evaluation all PAUD / TK teachers were able to do it correctly.
