With the promotion of China's power substitution strategy, the national power load has increased year by year, but at the same time, the annual duration of peak load is extremely low, which brings major challenges to the safe and economic operation of the power system. By constructing a typical flexible load aggregate adjustable power calculation model, this paper carries out the flexible load group adjustable power calculation and characteristic characterization from the equipment level. The working mechanism and power regulation mode of typical flexible load of air conditioning are studied, and an orderly temperature control regulation method of constant frequency refrigeration air conditioning load group is proposed. It is found that the outdoor temperature and average power show an approximate linear relationship. For every 1℃ increases in outdoor temperature, the average power increases by 5% of the rated power; Synchronous regulation of temperature control load group will cause disorderly fluctuation of aggregate adjustable power due to various initial states. The power fluctuation rate of air conditioning load group can be reduced by 87% through the orderly temperature control regulation method.
