ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola kepegawaian di Smk Negeri 9 Manado. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Kompetensi profesional cukup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola kepegawaian di SMK Negeri 9 Manado, sebesar 27,24% dengan jumlah > = 43,0219 > 2,02809. (2) Kompetensi Pedagogik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola kepegawaian di SMK Negeri 9 Manado, Sebesar 46,10% dengan jumlah > = 75,5844 > 2,02809. (3) Kompetensi profesional dan pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola kepegawaian di SMK Negeri 9 Manado, sebesar 50,26% dengan jumlah > = 15,184 > 3,259. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professional and pedagogical competence on student learning motivation in the subject of automation of personel governance at SMK Negeri 9 Manado. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 38 people. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation technique. The research results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study show : (1) Professional Competence has a positive and significant effect on student motivation in the subject of automation of personnel governance at SMK Negeri 9 Mnado, amounting to 27,24% with the number tcount > ttabel = 43.0219 > 2.02809. (2) Pedagogic competence has a postive and significant effect on student motivation in the subject of automation of personnel govermance at SMK Negeri 9 Manado, amounting to 46,10% with the number tcount > ttabel = 75.5844 >2.02809. (3) Theacher’s Professional and pedagogic Competencies have a positive effect on student learning motivation in the subject of personnel Management Automation at SMK Negeri 9 Manado, amounting to 50,26% with the number tcount > ttabel = 15.184 > 3.259. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan 40 sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) variabel Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 19,44%, thitung= 3,030 > ttabel = 2,024 dan fhitung = 54,88 >ftabel 4,08. (2) variabel Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 22,27%, thitung= 3,301> ttabel = 2,024 dan fhitung = 56,27>ftabel4,08. (3) variabel Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 80,65%, dan fhitung = 7,86 >ftabel 3,25. Tcount 3,301 > ttable= 2,024 and fcount = 56,27 > ftable 4,08. (3). The variables of the school Environment and Family Environment have a positive and significanteffect on the Learning Achievement of class X Students of Smk Fajar Moyongkota vocational School as large as 80,65%, and fcount =7,86 > ftable 3,25. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 64 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik observasi, kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Perhatian Orang Tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa dengan jumlah thitung lebih besar dari ttabel = 9,074 > 1,669 (2) Motivas Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa dengan jumlah thitunglebih besar dari ttabel = 6,082 > 1,669 (3) Perhatian Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang sebesar 29,92% dengan jumlah Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel = 76,888 > 4,00. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlations. The results of this study show (1) Parental Attention has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes with a tcount greater than table 9,074 1,669 (2) Motivation = Learning has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes with a tcount greater than table = 6.082 > 1.669 (3) Parental Attention and Learning Motivation have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang by 29.92% with the F number greater than F 76.888 > 4.00. table. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan populasi adalah siswa SMK LPMD Adow yang terdiri dari tiga kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 83 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 69 siswa. Analisis uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kunjungan ke perpustakaan terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa, sebesar 0,49 atau 49%. terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat baca terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa, sebesar 0,53 atau 53%. terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kunjungan ke perpustakaan dan minat baca terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa, sebesar 0,77 atau 77%.
