Drivers do retorno e da recomendação em food trucks na cidade de Belo HorizonteFood trucks têm sido vistos como uma boa alternativa para pessoas que buscam alimentação de rua. O objetivo desse estudo, de caráter descritivo, foi analisar elementos que influenciam o retorno e a recomendação de food trucks na cidade de Belo Horizonte. Primeiramente, houve uma fase qualitativa, em que foram realizadas entrevistas presenciais que colaboraram para a formulação de um questionário, que foi aplicado por meio de um survey online e analisado pelo software estatístico SPSS, através da regressão linear múltipla. Dentre os resultados encontrados, os aspectos sociais são a dimensão que exerce maior influência no retorno aos food trucks, enquanto a qualidade é a dimensão que mais influencia a recomendação dos estabelecimentos. This study had a descriptive feature and aimed to analyze the factors that influence the return and recommendation of food trucks in the city of Belo Horizonte. Firstly, there was a qualitative part, in which face-to-face interviews were conducted and helped to elaborate the quantitative part. Following this, an online survey was applied and the gathered data analyzed using the software SPSS, through two multiple linear regressions. Among the results, the social aspects were the dimension that most explained the return to the food trucks, while the quality was the most important dimension that explained the recommendation of the food trucks.
