The leadership of the principal as the top manager has a strategic role in increasing teacher discipline and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the policies, programs, strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's program in improving the discipline and motivation of teachers at 16 Public Senior High Schools and 12 Public Senior High Schools in Banda Aceh City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data is interview, observation, and documentation study. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals and teachers. The results showed (1) the principal's policies in increasing discipline and motivation in making school rules and order involved school elements including the vice principal and teachers. (2) preparation of school principal programs in improving teacher professionalism, including compiling annual programs, semester programs, learning planning steps; (3) strategies to improve teacher discipline and motivation by dividing tasks, holding trainings and attending MGMP and providing understanding (4) supporting factors in increasing discipline and motivation of teachers, most of whom already have teacher certificates, while the inhibiting factor is teachers who live far away. from schools, there are still teachers who are less active, and the results of the training have not been able to be disseminated to their friends, the level of awareness differs between teachers.

Latar Belakang: Rumah asuh Yayasan Nur Jannah terletak di Kelurahan Surau Gadang Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang, yang telah banyak menyantuni anak-anak yatim, yatim-piatu dan anak miskin khusus perempuan yang berasal dari  dalam maupun luar kota padang. Rata-rata usia anak yang berada di yayasan Nur Jannah berada pada usia remaja. Usia remaja sangat rentan untuk terjadinya gangguan emosi atau gangguan mental pada remaja.  Sumber dana panti dari hanya berasal dari yayasan Nur Jannah yang di donator tetap oleh keluarga bapak Drs. H. Riza Esfandiary N dan merasa perlu mengembangkan usaha agar bisa mandiri. Metode: Metode dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan/ ceramah dan demonstrasi pembimbingan dan pelatihan untuk menghasilkan produk yang baru, Produk berupa usaha minuman kekinian. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Yayasan Nur Jannah yang terletak  di Komplek Kodam RT 1 RW 22 Kelurahan Surau Gadang Kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang, pada pada tanggal 24 November-01 Desember 2022. Jumlah remaja yang diberikan edukasi sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil: Hasil yang diperoleh adalah remaja Yayasan Nur Jannah mengetahui dan mampu memahami tentang manajemen mental health pada remaja dan mampu mempraktekan pembuatan minuman viral. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan, remaja yayasan Nur Jannah diharapkan dapat menerapkan manajemen mental health dan mampu untuk menghasilkan produk yang baru, pProduk berupa usaha minuman kekinian Abstract: Background: The Nur Jannah Foundation's foster home is located in Surau Gadang Village, Nanggalo District, Padang City, which has sponsored many orphans, orphans and poor children especially women who come from within and outside the city of Padang. The average age of children in the Nur Jannah foundation is in their teens. Adolescents are very vulnerable to emotional disturbances or mental disorders in adolescents. The source of funding for the orphanage only comes from the Nur Jannah foundation which is a regular donor by the family of Mr. Drs. H. Riza Esfandiary N and felt the need to develop a business in order to be independent. Methods: The method is carried out by providing counseling / lectures and demonstrations of guidance and training to produce new products, products in the form of contemporary beverage businesses. The activity was carried out at the Nur Jannah Foundation which is located in the RT 1 RW 22 Kodam Complex, Surau Gadang Village, Nanggalo District, Padang City, on 24 November- December 1 2022. The number of youths who were given education was 10 people. Results: The results obtained were that the youth of the Nur Jannah Foundation knew and were able to understand mental health management in adolescents and were able to practice making viral drinks. After this service activity is carried out, the youth of the Nur Jannah foundation are expected to be able to apply mental health management and be able to produce new products, products in the form of contemporary beverage businesses
