The basis of this writing is unraveled because factually there are still many in the church, children's interest and enthusiasm when hearing the story of God's word is still lacking. This paper aims to find out the increase in the enthusiasm of middle-level Sunday school children in listening to God’s word through the picture and pictures method. Based on the results of field observations, it is know that the enthusiasm of children in listeningto the word does not meet good standards. In thelearning proses in Sunday School, especially in the middle class, Sunday school teacgers still use the methodteacing that is less interesting, makes children bored so they pay less attention to teaching. This study used clasroomaction research with 20 children as a sample. Two cycles with four stages used starting with action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Research results so that the enthusiasm of children in listening to the word of God is further increased using the Picture and Picture method. The use of this method also encourages a variety of methods used by teachers, while also creating increased interest and enthusiasm for Sunday school children.Abstrak: Dasariah tulisan ini terurai karena secara faktual masih banyak ditemukan di dalam gereja, minat dan antusiasme anak-anak ketika mendengar cerita firman Tuhan masih kurang. Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mencari tahu peningkatan antusiasme anak sekolah minggu jenjang madya dalam mendengarkan firman Tuhan lewat metode Picture and Picture. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, diketahui bahwa antusiasme anak dalam mendengarkan firman Tuhan belum memenuhi standar yang baik. Dalam mengajar di sekolah Minggu khususnya di kelas tengah, guru masih menggunakan metode pengajaran yang kurang menarik, sehingga membuat anak jenuh dan kurang memperhatikan pengajaran. PTK digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel 20 anak. Ada empat tahapan dari kedua Siklus yang digunakan yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode picture and picture membuat semangat anak dalam mendengarkan firman Tuhan lebih meningkat. Penggunaan metode ini juga sekaligus mendorong beragamnya metode yang digunakan guru, sekaligus juga menciptakan minat dan anutisme anak sekolah minggu bertambah
Abstrak: Tulisan ini secara spesifik memaparkan dampak metode pembelajaran daring bagi ketuntasan belajar siswa. Peristiwa Covid-19 yang terjadi awal tahun 2020 hingga sampai sekarang, masih menyebakan kesulitan bagi semua element. Imbas dari pandemi ini di sektor Pendidikan mengharuskan pembelajaran online dilaksanakan. Akibat dari penerapan pembelajaran daring ini, masih menyebabkan kesulitan bagi sebagai indvidu bahkan institusi karena masih belum lengkapnya pra-sarana dalam kegiatan pembelajara daring. Topik ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil pada uraian ini mengemukakan bahwa pengertian ketuntasan belajar menurut Permendikbud adalah pencapaian kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan meliputi ketuntasan penguasaan substansi dan ketuntasan belajar dalam konteks kurun waktu belajar. Ketuntasan belajar peserta didik merupakan komponen keluaran yang diperoleh dari hasil suatu proses pembelajaran yang didukung oleh orang tua, guru dan lingkungan. Berhasil tidaknya pembelajaran daring bagi ketuntasan pembelajaran, diperlukan kerja sama semua komponen Pendidikan itu sendiri.Abstract: This paper specifically describes the impact of online learning methods on the completion of student learning. The Covid-19 event that occurred in early 2020 until now, still makes it difficult for all elements. The impact of this pandemic in the Education sector requires that online learning be implemented. As a result of the application of online learning in, still causes difficulties for as an individual even an institution because it is still incomplete pre-facilities in the activities of online learners. This topic is written using qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The results in this description suggest that the understanding of the completion of learning according to Permendikbud is the achievement of attitude competence. Knowledge, and skills include the completion of the mastery of substance and the completion of learning in the context of the study period. The completion of learning of learners is a component of the output obtained from the results of a learning process supported by parents, teachers and the environment. The success of online learning for the completion of learning, requires the cooperation of all components of Education itself.

Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan survei disertai literatur. Komptensi sosial merupakan hal yang perlu dikembangkan oleh seorang guru agar ia dapat membangun minat belajar siswa. Adapun kompetensi sosial itu diantaranya, terampil berkomunikasi, simpatik, Memiliki kemampuan bekerjasama dengan siapa saja, serta memiliki kemampuan bergaul dan bermitra pada rekan sesama pendidik. Dengan komptensi sosial yang dipunyai seorang pendidik, potensi membangun dan meningkatkan belajar nara-didik akan tercipta. Walau tidak bisa secara instan membangun motivasi belajar siswa, namun dengan kompetensi dari pendidik itu merupakan fondasi dikemudian hari. Memang ada banyak faktor yang dapat menggerakkan agar motivasi peserta didik untuk belajar, namun itu semua harus diawali dari tenaga pendidiknya sebagai role model bagi seluruh siswa yang diajar.
