Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) is a process to search for an image based on the content or features that are inside. Nowadays, many image retrieval applications have been made to meet the needs, so this application can provide convenience in terms of the introduction and search for an image. In this research, we used 10 different objects as image retrieval consists of Bicycle, Cow, Flower, Frangipani, Grape, Horse, Lovebird, Orange, Strawberry, Tree. These objects can be expressed in 10 classes. Our aim using these objects is viewed from the color of every object and the object of a different kind. From that point of view we built a CBIR system by utilizing the main features of the object (image). The main feature is the color feature. In this research, the main process is the extraction of color features with the color histogram and color moments. So in this research it will produce feature extraction by measuring the similarity in the library image. This measurement is done by calculating the closest distance using the euclidean distance method. The data library used in this research is 10 pieces of data, the test data is 50 pieces with 5 pieces for each of these classes. After testing using data and methods described above, the results of accuracy are obtained that the application of the color moments method gets better results than the color histogram method.
The dormitory is one of the facilities provided with the aim of helping students to get a place to live because some of them come from distant places. The Trunojoyo Madura University dormitory has regulations that serve as a place for the process of character education, spiritual deepening, moral improvement. With these regulations, plus the boarding house is a conducive, economical, and strategic place to stay making many students interested in being able to live there. The problem is that each semester change is carried out by the selection of dorm residents and so far it is still done manually by way of discussion of each individual. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help the board by building a decision support system in determining residents who are still eligible to live in a dormitory and provide opportunities for other students to live in a dormitory. We develop systems based on mobile applications. TOPSIS method (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is implemented as a multi criteria decision making method with four main criteria including routine absence, non-routine absence, violation and notes. The final results of this decision support system are ranks and colors that indicate the status of boarding residents. Ranking starts from the top (1) to the bottom (216) accompanied by a status of green to red. The color status is divided into 3 namely green (safe), yellow (vulnerable), and red (issued). From 216 boarders we took 10 samples of dormitory data for testing. The results of trials with 10 data samples by applying the TOPSIS method obtained an accuracy of 90%.
Madura is one of the regions in East Java Province whose economy is supported by the SME sector. Industrial Revolution 4.0, this refers to the concept of using the internet for various things, as well as cloud-based and smart manufacturing. The agency has difficulty in identifying needs of Batik UKM, so a performance recommendation model for Batik SMEs is needed to assist Dinas and UKM players in making decisions to determine the performance improvement of Batik SMEs. The purpose of this study is to determine recommendations by measuring the performance of MSMEs in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. This performance measurement is based on 9 indicators, namely Employee Training or SME owners, Number of Batik Motif Variations, Number of Consumers, Product Brands or Branding, Owner Education, Number of Information Technology Certified Employees, Owning a Markerplace, Online Marketing, and Online Payment. The method used in this research is the FANP method. Fuzzy has excellent performance, the decision-making process is more flexible, and is able to handle data that contains uncertainty and inaccuracy by making decisions based on many criteria. The advantage of ANP is that there is dependence and feedback between each criterion, so that all criteria are calculated proportionally. The results of this study are the weighting of priority indicators on all indicators that affect the industrial revolution 4.0. Based on the research and consistency ratio tests, the main indicators needed for SMEs in Bangkalan Madura to face the industrial revolution 4.0 are marketplace, online marketing and information technology certified employees.
