Data collection is the initial stage of research. There are various data sources on the internet that can be used in the research process. The process of taking data or information from sites on the internet is called web scraping. Some methods of web scraping include Regular Expression (Regex), HTML DOM and XPath. This study aims to determine the performance of the three methods of web scraping. The Comparison is done by testing each method when retrieving data from the target website, then measuring the performance of the process and comparing it. Process time, memory usage, and data consumption are used as measurement parameters in the experiment. The results of the experiment show that web scraping with the regex method is the smallest in memory usage compared to the HTML DOM method, and Xpath. While HTML DOM requires the least amount of time and the smallest data consumption compared to Regular Expression and XPath methods.

This research aims to find out 1) Employee Work Environment during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 2) Employee Work Discipline during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 3) Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 4) The Impact of the Work Environment on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. 5) Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 6) Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. Research Methods use descriptive research and verifiative research by applying calculations of ibm SPSS Statistics 23 program. Sampling techniques use probability sampling techniques. The study sample amounted to 65 employee respondents in BPPD Bandung. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that the Work Environment had a positive effect on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Work Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Work Environment and Work Discipline positively affect employee performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. The conclusion is that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Abstrak. Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung.
Abstract. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and the work environment on the performance of employees at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang simultaneously. Research using quantitative methods. by processing data using the SPSS 23.0 program. The variables in this study are the Work Disciplinary System, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 106 employees of Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang. The results of this study concluded that the Work Discipline System and Work Environment simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the Work Discipline System and the Work Environment on Employee Performance at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang. Abstrak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Sisitem Pendisiplinan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang. Abstract. Human Resource Management refers to the ability of employees that promotes overall economic and social development, including intellectual and physical employability. Human resources do not mean referring only to the human being but to the competence of the individual. One of the factors that determine economic development is the Interest in Entrepreneurship. Interest in Entrepreneurship can be influenced by Entrepreneurial Competence. Entrepreneurial competence in the form of Managerial skills, Conceptual skills, Human skills, Decision making skills, Time managerial skills. This research was conducted on students of the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, class of 2017 – 2019, Bandung Islamic University. This research used quantitative research methods and descriptive analysis. This study used a questionnaire given to 88 respondents. As well as the purpose of this study aims to examine the Effect of Competence on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Management study program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2017 – 2019 Islamic University. Research data were processed using the SPSS 23.0 application program. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The results of the study found that Entrepreneurial Competence had a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship with a t-count of 6.152 with a significance value of 0.000 less than a significant level of 0.05. The calculated t value is 6.152, which means that it is greater than the t table value (1.98793) for Students of the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, class of 2017 – 2019, Bandung Islamic University. Abstrak. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia mengacu pada kemampuan karyawan yang mendorong perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial secara keseluruhan, termasuk kemampuan kerja intelektual dan fisik. Minat Berwirausaha dapat dipengaruhi oleh Kompetensi Kewirausahaan. Kompetensi Kewirausahaan berupa Managerial skill, Conceptual skill, Human skill, Decision making skill, Time managerial skill. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2017 – 2019 Universitas Islam Bandung Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metode Kuantitatif dan analisis Deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 88 responden. Serta tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2017 – 2019 Universitas Islam. Data hasil penelitian di olah menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 23.0. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah probability sampling. Abstract. The achievement of a company goal is inseparable from good management involving reliable human resources. Human resources are the spearhead in the company to achieve company goals. Resources that have good quality can be seen from how they perform in the company. One of the factors for realizing good performance is that employees must also be aware of their abilities, this can be called Self-Efficacy. Employees with self-efficacy traits will easily do the work specified by the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the self-efficacy of employees at PT. Ansori Jaya, how is the performance of employees at PT. Ansori Jaya, how much influence does self-efficacy have on employee performance at PT. Ansori Jaya This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Ansari Jaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 80 employees. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation using SPSS version 29 for Window as an analytical tool. The type of static used in this study is parametric statistics and the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling where all employees of PT. Ansori Jaya as a population and a sample of 80 people. The results of the study show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the t count > t table (12.327 > 1.665) with a significant level of Ho or <0.05 which indicates that this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha with an effect of 66%. Abstrak. Tercapainya suatu tujuan perusahaan dikarenakan adanya manajemen yang baik yang melibatkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat diandalkan. Sumber daya manusia adalah garis terdepan dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan perusahaan. Sumber daya yang memiliki kualitas baik dapat dilihat dari bagaimana kinerjanya dalam perusahaan. Salah satu faktor untuk mewujudkan kinerja yang baik yaitu karyawan juga harus menyadari akan kemampuan yang dimiliki, hal ini dapat disebut dengan Efikasi Diri. Karyawan dengan memiliki sifat efikasi diri akan merasa mudah untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana efikasi diri karyawan di PT. Ansori Jaya, bagaimana kinerja karyawan di PT. Ansori Jaya, seberapa besar pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Ansori Jaya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri tehadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ansori Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 80 orang karyawan secara keseluruhan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 29 for Window sebagai alat analisis. jenis statik yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah statistik parametik dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dimana seluruh karyawan PT. Ansori Jaya sebagai populasi dan sampel berjumlah80 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (12.327 > 1.665) dengan tingkat signifikan Ho atau < 0.05 yang menunjukan penelitian ini menolak Ho dan menerima Ha dengan pengaruh sebesar 66%.
