The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world of education. One solution for teaching and learning to continue is to carry out distance learning or online. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online and offline learning in improving learning outcomes in social studies subject matter for 4th-grade elementary school students. This research uses quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were 4th graders at SDN 01 Kesongo. Meanwhile, the research sample was class 4A students, totaling 24 students as the control group, and 4C students totaling 22 students. Data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques includes a normality test, homogeneity test, and Independent Sample T-Test test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of offline learning methods are higher than those of online learning methods.
