Potensi industri kreatif dapat berkembang oleh generasi muda yang mempunyai minat atau wirausaha yang kreatif dan didukung oleh penggunaan media sosial yang bijak. Sehingga apabila banyak generasi muda yang ingin mengembangkan dirinya menjadi wirausaha yang produktif maka perekonomian suatu daerah akan berkembang. Tidak dipungkiri lagi bahwa generasi muda yang kreatif akan menciptakan suatu ide atau gagasan yang dapat menciptakan sesuatu yang memiliki nilai lebih khususnya mengembangkan industry kreatif yang lebih potensial. Tujuan research ini untuk menelusuri bagaimana imbas dari kreatifitas anak muda dan penggunaan media sosial dalam menumbuhkembangkan minat wira usaha generasi muda di Sukabumi Kota. Untuk mendeteksi imbas antara beberapa variabel yang diteliti maka metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui pendekatan analisis asosiatif, di mana populasinya generasi muda yang ada di Sukabumi Kota dengan rentang umur ditentukan mulai 17 tahun sampai 36 tahun. Karena populasinya tidak diketahui maka jumlah sampel diambil dengan rumus Cochran yaitu sebanyak 96 orang. Adapun Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampling aksidential dan kuesiomer yang diberikan pada generasi muda menjadi sumber data primer yang diukur dengan Skala Likert, kemudian instrument penelitain dilakukan uji kualitas data dan uji prasyarat dan untuk mendeteksi imbas kreatifitas dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat wirausaha generasi muda di Sukabumi Kota menggunakan analisis multivariate regression dengan bantuan aplikasi S.P.S.S 26. Adapun hasilnya bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan kreatifitas dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki imbas dalam menumbuhkembangkan minat wirausaha generasi muda di Sukabumi Kota.
Financial literacy is the knowledge and ability of financial management that allows individuals to manage their finances more effectively. For managing finances, farmers in Indonesia still rely on informal financial institutions. There are several reasons for this – the farmers’ location being substantially far from the locations of financial institutions, their age and varied educational levels, and the level of confidence in achieving success in agriculture. This study, thus, identifies and analyzes the demographic factors and self-efficacy in financial literacy in upland horticultural crop farmers. The study population was upland horticultural plant farmers, the sampling technique was probability sampling, and the analysis was done using the two-way ANOVA technique. The results show a significant difference in the financial literacy between women and men. Although no difference was seen in the farmers’ financial literacy based on their age, a significant difference was noted based on their education. Additionally, a substantial difference was seen in the understanding based on self-efficacy. Keywords: demographic factors, self-efficacy, financial literacy
Village-owned enterprises or Bumdes are a source of village strength to support and improve the village economy by empowering village communities, village development, and assisting underprivileged residents in contributing toward the advancement of their village. Many Bumdes are scattered across Indonesia, one of which is Bumdes Terus Jaya Sehati, located in the Sukajaya Village, Sukabumi Regency. This Bumdes has succeeded in managing and developing village businesses within its territory. The role of the village government is certainly one of the important factors in the success of a village-owned business unit. To find out, researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach to study the ongoing activities and processes in Bundes. Research was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy carried out by the Bumdes Terus Jaya Sehati using the mixing method has been effective, and the role of the Sukajaya Village Government in developing the Bumdes Terus Jaya Sehati has been very good starting from the assistance to the evaluation stage.
