This study aims to develop an assessment rubric and produce a metacognitive skill model through the blended learning management system (BLEMS) in project-based learning in Vocational Education. This study uses the Research and Development model of Borg and Gall (1983). The research subjects consisted of two experts (validity), ten students (small group), and 35 students (expanded) from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia. Data were collected using questionnaires and tests: developed assessment instruments and rubrics with three main aspects, planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Conducted assessment tests through self, peer, and teacher assessment. Then analyzed the results of the Assessments with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Rubric and metacognitive assessment model through BLEMS for vocational education met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The integration of metacognitive skill elements: planning, monitoring, and evaluation with self-assessment, peer assessment, and teacher assessment can be an assessment method to measure students' metacognitive thinking skills in project-based learning in vocational education.
This study aims to find out the mediation effect of assessment as learning (AaS) model in a mobile-based module upon students’ higher-order thinking. This study is a Research and Development (R & D) and Experimental research. R&D method consisted of: information gathering, product planning, product development, product validation, preliminary test, limited trial, revision, product implementation, and dissemination. The experimental method was one-group time-series design. Data is gathered by using the online assessment sheets. This study employed 40 students of vocational high school. The interpretation of higher-order thinking improvement is based on the criteria of value gain. In addition to calculating the gain score, this study uses a hypothesis. The hypothesis is tested by comparative two samples technique. The result shows that assessment as learning model in mobile-based module has improved student’s higher order thinking skills. The teacher needs to consider the use of the assessment as learning model on the learning module.
Online or blended learning assessments through LMS-MOOCs carried out in the world of education today tend to be multiple-choice assessments that are only based on low-level cognitive. In fact, to measure the metacognitive of students is quite difficult, if only using the form of multiple choice questions. Therefore, it takes the form of questions and assessments that allow students to explore their reflective and metacognitive thinking according to the characteristics of the education they are attending. Vocational education tends to apply a project-based learning (PjBL) model that requires authentic and performance-based learning assessment methods. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an appropriate blended metacognitive skill assessment rubric instrument for vocational education. Metacognitive assessment was developed using research and development procedures, with students as subjects in vocational education in Makassar, Indonesia. The integration between elements of metacognitive skills: planning, monitoring, and evaluation with self-peer-teacher assessment can be an assessment method to measure students’ metacognitive thinking skills in PjBL. Especially metacognitive assessment through blended learning practice MOOCs that are in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education and can be adopted by general education.
Layanan pengaduan masyarakat adalah salah satu bentuk partisipasi untuk ikut berperan dalam membangun dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja suatu perusahaan. Dalam proses pengaduan PT. Pos Indonesia, masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pengaduan yang lebih mendesak, sehingga dalam menentukan pengaduan yang lebih mendesak atau diprioritaskan untuk segera ditindaklanjuti membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta belum tentu hasil yang didapat juga benar. Kesulitan lainnya adalah PT. Pos Indonesia tidak dapat mengetahui layanan apa saja yang telah memuaskan pelanggan dan layanan apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan. Maka penulis membuat sistem layanan pengaduan agar dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan pengaduan yang diprioritaskan untuk ditindaklanjuti lebih dahulu, dan juga mempermudah PT. Pos Indonesia untuk dapat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan PT. Pos Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product yaitu salah satu metode penyelesaian masalah. Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) akan mencari bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses peringkat yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal dari pengaduan. Metode Weighted Product dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan prioritas pengaduan. Dan metode Servqual untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan ukuran seberapa baik suatu layanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, mempermudah dalam menentukan pengaduan yang diprioritaskan untuk ditindaklanjuti dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan PT. Pos Indonesia.
