The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of technology in various sectors, one of which is the healthcare industry. Telemedicine users increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, but only 10% of Indonesia's population. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use telemedicine. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a voluntary sampling technique. Data analysis applied Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL version 8.8. Data were obtained from 225 respondents in Greater Jakarta and Greater Bandung from January to March 2022, but only 192 were included in the analysis. The results showed that the intention to use telemedicine was directly influenced by attitude (A) and indirectly influenced by interrelated variables such as trust (T), perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), information quality (IQ), service quality (SrQ), and system quality (SQ). Implications that telemedicine service providers can apply to increase the use of telemedicine are to create the best experience, user friendly, provide complete information, and increase the reliability of information systems.
Telemedicine can be an alternative solution in overcoming the limitations of infrastructure and health human resources which are the cause of limited access to health services for the community. The research was conducted from January to March 2022 through an online survey involving 192 respondents domiciled in Greater Jakarta and Greater Bandung. The sampling technique used is voluntary sampling. Data processing and analysis techniques use industrial foresight analysis. The results showed that the existence of telemedicine is currently considered to have met the expectations of 86.46 percent of respondents and 91.67 percent of users intending to continue using telemedicine technology after the Covid-19 pandemic. New normal of the healthcare industry leads to the development of integrated telemedicine in terms of services, applications, as well as data and information. This study aimed to identify and analyze the food system risk management of the Baduy Tribe and its managerial implications for food security. The scope of this study was limited to the huma rice food system. The research method utilized was the ethnographic study to obtain primary data. The data were analyzed using the ISO 31000 risk management process approach. Based on this study's results, the creative and innovative determination in Baduy Tribe did not lead to the modernization of technology but referred to a facilitated way of life in achieving goals. The risks associated with the development of science and technology, as well as its dependence on nature, were in the high category for the Baduy's indigenous ban (pikukuh) did not accept the use of technology and formal education. The risks associated with food availability and post-harvest food access were in the low category due to the risk management process implemented by the Baduy Tribe hereditarily through the leuit storage system. The findings on an innovative food system risk management of the Baduy Tribe is expected to provide a managerial perspective on the food system to achieve national food security.
