Raciocínio clínico é o processo usado por profissionais da área da saúde para refletir e planejar o tratamento do paciente, ou seja, é a chamada tomada de decisão. Serve para orientar e conduzir da melhor maneira possível o tratamento do paciente. Identificar e analisar referências bibliográficas de enfermagem nas bases de dados LILACS, BVS, SciELO e REBEM sobre o raciocínio clínico e pensamento crítico chegando a um diagnóstico de enfermagem a partir da queixa do paciente. Trata-se de estudos de revisão de literatura com caráter exploratórios, retrospectivos e análise crítica da literatura que foi realizado por meio de uma pesquisa em documentos eletrônicos publicados em periódicos, sendo utilizados artigos científicos, dissertações e teses; foi dispensado o uso do termo de livre esclarecido por se trata de uma revisão de literatura. Da análise bibliográfica identificou-se que o raciocínio clínico se desenvolve a partir do conhecimento científico dos profissionais de enfermagem dentro do âmbito hospitalar, e que não se tem muito estudo nesta área. Todos os profissionais praticam o raciocínio clínico no dia a dia, em qualquer situação, pois, todas as ações desenvolvidas por profissionais dentro do âmbito hospitalar têm que raciocinar para chegar a uma intervenção. Conclui-se que existem diversas formas pessoais e institucionais para o aprimoramento desse raciocínio pelos profissionais da saúde, tendo a necessidade da criação de programas de formação sobre o assunto. Acredita-se também que a revisão literária forneceu subsídios para uma melhoria na reflexão e no entendimento do raciocínio clínico pelos futuros profissionais.
Cancer in the elderly is not just worrying because it is cancer, when there is the development of cancer at an advanced age, other factors end up being taken into account, so that everything is a risk. The objective of the study is to evaluate the role of the health professional in the chemotherapy treatment of elderly patients. The methodology used was the bibliographic review, evaluating texts related to the present subject. In the elderly, the art of persuasion is essential, considering that, often, the elderly, upon discovering that they have cancer, end up refusing to undergo treatment because they think it is not worth it, since they have lived for a long time. So health professionals such as nurses, doctors, pharmacists, psychologists and among other professionals who should try to influence the change of patient opinion in addition to being prepared to support everyone around. The nurse, being the professional with the longest contact time with the patient, must be attentive to every detail, since several complications, due to age, can be recurrent. During chemotherapy, the already fragile health of the elderly tends to get worse, making the entire recovery process difficult. Thus, it is concluded that the health professional Teles et al.
Family Health Strategies (ESFs) play an important role in nursing and aim to expand, define and consolidate primary health care. The nurse must integrate the FHS team and work continuously in the chronic disease control program. The objective of this study was to describe the role of nurses in the care of patients with diabetes and arterial hypertension in primary care. The method was a narrative review of the literature with an exploratory, observational and retrospective research approach, searching for 20 articles in the literature between 2010 and 2020. RESULTS: When evaluating the nursing effects cited by nurses, nursing was predominant in relation to food and humidity, followed by glycemic control, blood pressure and breastfeeding weight. On the other hand, the nursing process is a technology that can humanize care in a systematic and dynamic way, with positive and low-cost results. It was concluded that the role of the nurse as an educator is fundamental for both the patient and the family, and must follow their guidelines to understand and be aware of the importance of treatment and activities to improve quality of life.
Syphilis is a Sexually Transmitted Infection caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum, with various forms of clinical presentations and different stages. When not diagnosed and treated early, it can cause harm to the pregnant woman and fetus. The present study aimed to identify the characteristics of the epidemiological profile of pregnant women affected by syphilis in the city of Cacoal between 2016 and 2020. Descriptive, retrospective and quantitative documentary research, where the initial sample consisted of 95 pregnant women who were registered in the database SINAN data with a diagnosis of Gestational Syphilis. The collected data were distributed and presented by means of statistics through tables and/or graphs elaborated after the analysis. The study complies with CONEP Resolution No. 466/2012 and was developed after approval by the CEP under Opinion 5,060,962. As a result of the research, it was identified that the year with the highest notification rate was in 2020, totaling 26% of cases, the predominance of the diagnosis was stopped in the first gestational trimester with 53%, in relation to age there was a variation between 14 and 41 years. of age, with an average age of 23 years and greater involvement in the young population, from 21 to 30 years of age, comprising 45% of the sample, 33% have completed high school and only 2% have completed higher education. Regarding the clinical classification, 76% of the cases were diagnosed as tertiary syphilis, the rapid test was performed in 84% of the pregnant women and the VDRL in 94%, in both with a predominant reagent result rate, without the occurrence of concomitant non-performance of the tests, it was observed that the titration 8 of VDRL/RPR was predominant, totaling 18% of the cases studied. It is concluded that the increase in the number of cases, the predominance in the young population with complete secondary education, the diagnosis in the first trimester, however prevalently in the tertiary phase, and the failure to perform the rapid test in part of the cases, although the Ministry of Health recommends, highlight the need for improvements in the effectiveness of prenatal care and to outline strategies for prevention, promotion and health awareness.
