The population of this study is 35 companies and the number of samples is 30 companies by passing purposive sampling stage. The results of this study are (ROE), (ROA), EPS, NPM, and Size have a positive effect on stock returns and inflation has a negative effect on stock returns.
The writing of this research project is to assess the level of satisfaction of Licensing service users at the Klaten District Health Office. The crucial thing is that raising the quality of public service cannot be done more effectively because doing so would increase inward investment. Public Service is a strategy that is used to address the needs of the general public, the general public, and the supreme law of the land. Mixed Methodology, an analytical approach that combines quantitative and qualitative record examination, is the methodology used in this research work. The study indicators outlined in the Community Satisfaction Survey Guidelines for the implementation of public services were used by researchers in the analysis conducted a result of the Klaten Health Office. According to the questionnaire, 100 users of the licensing service from the Klaten District Health Office experienced IKM scores of approximately 90% that were converted into service quality ratings of "very good" or "A," based on the questionnaire's results and respondents' responses. This result represents an improvement of about 40% from the previous year. Then, the subject uses a Cartesian analysis diagram or an Importance Performance Analysis to illustrate the relationship between the service level agreement and the contract. They found that quadrant A elements which are the Top Priorities to optimize include service procedures and service time, and quadrant A elements which are elements that must be maintained, include service requirements, costs/tariffs, product specifications, executor competency, implementer behavior, service announcements, complaints handling suggestions, and service input. In relation to the research findings that have been carried out, the researcher offers suggestions for improving the service process in terms of service procedures and time so that service process reform at the Klaten District Health Office receives special attention.
Human Resource Management. (HR) is a field of study that is very important in a company because the challenges faced in a company are not only problems of raw materials, money, work tools and production, but also evaluation and management problems. Human resources are a factor driving production which is also the goal of the productive activity itself. Researchers will analyze how much impact leadership style and work environment have on the performance outcomes of teaching staff in schools. By using descriptive quantitative methods and probability sampling, this study took saturated samples through the process of filling out questionnaires to 55 Adventist school education staff. The purpose of this analysis and research is to test and study the existing hypotheses so that through this research, researchers can explain the relationship or influence of leadership style and work environment on the work of teaching staff in Adventist schools. Based on the research objectives above, this study proposes two hypotheses. among others: leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance, and the work environment has a positive effect on teacher or teacher performance. This study uses Smart PLS for data testing, then calculates the direct and indirect effects and exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work environment have a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance, with an impact value of 54.8%, and the remaining 45.2% may be influenced by other variables.

Organizational culture and work discipline are two factors that may have an impact on employee performance. This study aims to examine how organizational culture and work standards affect employee performance at PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company. Multiple linear analysis is the technique employed. Surveys were the primary source of data for this study. The study's 52 participants were PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company employees. The study's findings showed the following: (1) The relationship between company culture and worker performance is favorable and significant. (2) Workplace discipline and employee performance are positively and significantly correlated. Solid Coffee Shop is one of the many culinary businesses located in Tangerang City, where the products sold are various types of processed coffee, non-coffee, and snacks, but this shop still doesn't have a way to increase sales in order to survive and compete with another coffee shop. This journal is intended to find out how big the impact is between production costs and promotion costs in relation to product sales volume at Solid Coffee Shops. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used as a data analysis method to see how much impact production costs and promotion costs have on product sales volume at Solid Coffee Shop. The author uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application as a tool to get results from multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis show that production costs and promotion costs have a positive and significant simultaneous impact on sales volume of 91.7%, and the remaining 8.3% is other variables, which means that any increase in sales volume is affected by an increase in these two costs.
