In this era of information and technology, on line transportation has become an emerging issue both within academic and business aspects. In fact, it is one of the breaking through of creative and innovative ideas. However, although empirically, the rapid growth of online transportation has been evident, there has been limited research within this area especially in the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship. In responding to such gaps, this study aimed to understand the implementation of the strategic entrepreneurship from opportunity discovery, evaluation, and exploitation; value creations; and wealth creations. This paper reports on the preliminary stage of the study, that is, to explore the customers' expectations, needs and wants toward on line transportation. Data were collected from 14 respondents who were recruited using purposive sampling method. They were android smart phone literate and aged between 18 to 50 years. Data were analyzed using qualitative approach. The study found that almost all respondents perceived that on line transportation was a good solution for their daily needs and wants. There were two main themes revealed, they are functional and technical aspects. This finding are in line with the service literature that outlined the 'what' and 'how' of or types of service. Further discussion on the finding is presented trough out the paper. Limitation and direction for future research are also provided.

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) possessed by workers is one of the critical elements in the smooth operation of an organization or company. Especially for those who are related to hazardous work or related to things that have the potential to cause accidents. Activities related to nature, such as the sea, also require certain skills to minimize accidents. Mastery of K3 and Balawistaan in particular needs to be possessed by SMK students who will switch to the world of work. Therefore, it is necessary to provide introduction, debriefing, and training about this to SMK students as a generation that will soon be involved in the industrial.

The relationship between competition and stability is widely understood by researchers with two different perspectives, namely competition-fragility and competition-stability. A lot of research have been conducted regarding the relationship between competition and stability in the banking sector but have not specifically examined the stability of classic model of rural banks. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effects of rural banks competition and stability based on the aspects of capital, earning asset quality, profitability and liquidity. The indicators used in this study are adjusted to the characteristics of rural banks and existing regulations. The results of the study indicate that the competition variable has a significant positive effect on the stability of rural banks, and supports the view of competition-stability.

ABSTRAKJurusan Manajemen saat ini berupaya melakukan inovasi dan perbaikan administrasi diawali melalui penelitian. Penelitian mengenai revitalisasi administrasi dilakukan dalam upayanya melakukan perbaikan administrasi di Jurusan Manajemen Undiksha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan karena pada prinsipnya penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengembangkan sistem administrasi dengan sebelumnya mendeskripsikan konten apa saja yang perlu direvitalisasi di Jurusan Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah desain aplikasi administrasi yang selanjutnya dikembangkan menjadi prototipe produk dalam bentuk sistem administrasi dokumen menggunakan web-based technology dengan bahasa JAVA. Dalam pengembangan produk sistem administrasi tersebut dilakukan tahapan riset dengan menggunakan waterfall model yang mencakup: (1) analisis kebutuhan (requirement analysis), (2) desain produk (product design), (3) pengembangkan produk (product development), (4) melakukan uji coba produk (product testing), dan (5) pemeliharaan produk sistem administrasi (maintenance).
