Shale oil refinery waste water was a kind of high-concentration organic waste water with many types of pollutants and complex components. It contained environmental pollutants such as petroleum, volatile phenols, organic nitrogen, naphthenic acid compounds and fused ring aromatic hydrocarbons. If it is discharged directly without treatment, it will cause serious harm to the environment, and it must be treated before it can be discharged. At present, the treatment methods of shale oil refinery waste water mainly include physical treatment, chemical treatment, physical and chemical treatment and biological treatment. This paper studied the treatment technology of shale oil refinery waste water.
This article describes the nature and hazards of phenol-containing industrial wastewater, and summarizes the characteristics of various treatment technologies for phenol-containing wastewater. The methods for treating phenol-containing industrial wastewater include chemical precipitation method, supercritical water oxidation method, Fenton method, ozone oxidation method and extraction method. This article reviews the research status and development trend of phenol-containing industrial wastewater treatment technology.
This paper studied the pollution characteristics of shale oil refinery wastewater, by using conventional analysis, infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, chromatography and mass spectrometry. The results showed that: wastewater contains high concentration of dissolved organic matter, which was poor in biological treatment. The organic structure of wastewater contains groups such as benzene ring, carbonyl group, hydroxyl group, ether group and carboxyl group. The composition of wastewater was very complex, which has phenols and oil compounds, with inorganic pollutants such as iron, calcium, magnesium, and sodium.
Shale oil refinery wastewater was a kind of industrial wastewater with many types of organic matter and complex water quality. It contains a large amount of pollutants such as phenols, ammonia and oil, which is extremely harmful to the environment. Due to the increasingly stringent national discharge standards, it was difficult to treat wastewater up to standard with only one method, and multiple methods are needed to jointly treat wastewater. In this paper, the process of shale oil refinery wastewater treatment system was modified, and the “SDN+Advanced Oxidation+MBR” process was proposed to treat wastewater.
Catalytic persulfate technology is a new type of catalytic technology that has been extensively studied in recent years. Among them, the new copper and silver materials synthesized by microwave assist have broad application prospects and are a class of catalysts with excellent performance, environmental friendliness, and stable structure. This article introduces a new type of material loaded with metal copper and silver and activated carbon, analyzes the mechanism of catalytic oxidation, and focuses on summarizing the influencing factors, degradation mechanism, and potential pollutant degradation pathways of this new type of material in water treatment.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
