Sichuan Province is abundant in tourism resources, a big tourism province. Its tourism income occupies a relatively great rate in the total output value of local area. However, an analysis of the tourism income structure of Sichuan Province, it is found that whether in terms of the total output or the proportion it occupies, the international tourism income lags behind domestic tourism income. In the meanwhile, whether compared with such cosmopolis as Beijing and Shanghai or compared with Jiangsu and Shandong, the international tourism income of Sichuan Province occupies a small rate, which is out of line with the status of big tourism province of Sichuan Province. However, as a primary means for foreign exchange earning in Sichuan Province, the international tourism income has a significance that can not be ignored. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the influential factors that affect the international tourism income of Sichuan Province, take relevant measures to improve the international tourism condition in Sichuan Province, improve the international tourism income and make greater contributions to economic development of foreign exchange earning in Sichuan Province

According to the characteristics of complex system and the synergetic theories, authors establish the order
parameters for the primary industry system and the tertiary industry system, using order parameters describing
the order degree of industry system, constituting the model assessing the synergy degree of the primary-tertiary
complex industry system, analyzing the impact factor of system synergetic development, and studying the
synergy degree of primary-tertiary industry system in Dujiangyan City. Studies show that: there is a positive
synergy degree in the primary-tertiary industry system in Dujiangyan City, but the synergy degree is low. No
efficient synergetic relationship exists between the two industry systems. By means of adjusting the employment
structure, focusing on the development of special industries of agriculture, and developing the tertiary industry,
especially the tourism industry as the leading industry, we can improve the synergy degree of primary-tertiary
industry system

Collaborative development of the thrice industrial is an important means for change of the economic development pattern on the basis of following the rule of industrial structure vicissitude. As an important water source in Chengdu City and an important ecological preservation area which has abundant tourism resources, industrial development of this region is relatively stable. It is a significant task of the municipal government of Dujiangyan to develop the primary industry and the tertiary industry in a collaborative way, which has great significance to effectively resolve the "three rural" issues in Dujiangyan and to promote social and economic development of Dujiangyan. This article makes sorting on important factors influencing the primary industry and tertiary industry in Dujiangyan through an empirical analysis and puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions.

The industry structure is very important for the economic growth of one country or region, and largely influences the economic boom and future development degree of this country or region. In some regions, because of the resource gift, only two industries are mainly developed in the industry structure, and there are few researches about the interactive development of these two industries. Taking the city of Dujiangyan as the example, the quantity economic model is established in this article, and the regional economic development mode giving priority to the primary industry and the tertiary industry is discussed, which could be used as references for the economic development of same regions.

The input-output characteristics method is used to measure the collaboration of three industries in Sichuan, and the actuality of the collaboration of three industries is analyzed in this article. The result shows three industries develop collaboratively as a whole, and the compatibility is higher and higher. But comparing with other developed provinces, the actual final product rate and the compatibility are lower. Aiming at these problems, some polices are suggested in the article.
