Results: Overall 17 volumes were retrieved from our database. For the PFSR, the mean value was 2.2 ± 0.6 (z-scores 3.7 ± 2.1, measurements > + 2DS 76.4%). The mean values for IFA and FNMA were 43.3• ± 4.8• and 111.7 • ± 9.2 • respectively (z-scores −2.7 ± 0.6 and −13 ± 3.3 respectively, with 82.3% and 100% cases with measurements < -2SD ). Eventually, the mean value for Md/Mx ratio was 0,7 ± 0,2 (z-scores −1.9 ± 1.5, 47% cases with measurements < − 2 SD). There was no statistically significant difference among the performances of the different measurements.
Conclusions:The PFSR is as effective as other objective parameters in diagnosing fetal micrognathia. The advantage of this measurement is that it is can also be used for the screening of trisomy 21 in the second trimester of pregnancy.Supporting information can be found in the online version of this abstract OP28.07 Prenatal diagnosis of intra-abdominal cystic lesions: accuracy of fetal ultrasonography
