Due to changes in educational system of Republic of Kazakhstan, i.e. with the transition into trilingual educa-tion the necessity of training future teachers working in polylingual groups appeared, as so the teacher is or-ganizer of receiving information. Today such training is being realized in more than thirty universities around RK. However, in spite of developing educational programs and realization of future teachers training, there are not standard requirements for selecting teachers yet. The omission of particular requirements influences to the teaching quality and education in whole. In the given article there are presented six competences, which are considered as main for teachers working in polylingual groups. Each competence is presented with the de-scription of main skills and proficiency. The usage of given competences allows to improve educational sys-tem.
Abstract:The authors analyzed the works of domestic and foreign scientists, and theoretically justified the role of motivation for foreign language learning for engineering students. The results of the survey to identify the level of motivation for learning a foreign language were described.The main goal of higher professional education modernization is training of qualified specialists able to work within international standards, ready to improve their professional level, having high level of social and professional adaptation, able to speak fluently three languages -Kazakh, Russian, and English. Mastering a foreign language gives plenty of opportunities to gain knowledge about new achievements in science and technology, to establish professional contacts with foreign partners, etc. The main indicator of linguistic level is a communicative competence. One of the methods of developing a communicative competence is acquiring language skills through the development of students' understanding of the role of language proficiency and raising their interest in learning a foreign language and turning it into an effective intercultural communication tool.The problem of motivation has been widely discussed in literature, and a variety of research methods has been used to study its essence, nature, and structure (B. G. Ananyev, S. L. Rubinshtein, P. M. Jacobson and etc.). Domestic psychologists in the sphere of motivation research focus on the unity of dynamic and meaningful aspects of motivation. Motivation is generally understood as a source of activity; however, there are different interpretations of motivation. Researchers consider it as certain motive, as a whole system of motives, and as the entangled and interconnected area of necessities, motives, purposes, interests. According to A. N. Leontiev, understanding of motivation as a "substantivized necessity" gives an opportunity to define an inner motive as a constituent element of the structure of activity [1, p. 7].The role of motivation for foreign language learning was emphasized by N. I. Gez [2, p. 15], P. B. Gurvich [3, p. 78], I. A. Zimnyaya [4, p. 15] and other scientists. Like any kind of motivation, motivation for learning is determined by a number of factors. The process of formation of innovation-oriented human resources in line with effective results like the world economic community and to the education system by improving the quality of training, internationalisation and cooperation of educational institutions, its focus on consumers of educational services possible in the creation of consortia of universities and national research universities taking into account positive foreign experience. In this article, the authors note the current state of the education system and, in general, personnel training in Kazakhstan, its insignificant isolation from the real needs of the socio-economic system, insufficient relationship with the scientific field of activity. However, on the basis of the differentiation presented examples of successful implementation of state programs of education development in the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at improving the competitiveness of education and development of human capital through ensuring access to quality education for sustainable economic development, and also noted that the global changes in economic and political life of the country will lead to the emergence of new socially significant landmarks in the educational system. Based on the use of integration from the point of view of the effectiveness of the existing agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union, a number of problems that need to be solved in ensuring the quality of human capital are identified. According to the authors, this leads, in turn, to the importance of measuring potential risks, as well as to the connection with qualitative and quantitative factors of the development of the education system and the training system.
