The relevance of this study lies in the scientific understanding and generalization of the features of Christian social teaching in the work of Russian thinkers, the influence of social ideas on the spiritual, religious life and worldview in Russia. The features of the influence of the system of Christian moral values on the national culture, art and literature are considered. The basis of the paradigm of social ideas of religious social thought, embedded in the works of the classics of Russian literature, is the spiritual side of human life, the spiritual principle of all things. The article emphasizes the connection of social concepts and ideas with the peculiarities of the Russian civilization based on Orthodoxy. Features of Russian religious social thought are presented through understanding the problems of property, inheritance rights, protection of property rights and personal freedom, morality, the right to existence and human dignity. The value of the article lies in the fact that the social concepts of Russian religious thinkers of the late XIX – early XX centuries are considered through the prism of Christian social teaching. Being mostly secular scientists and writers, they were deeply religious people, firmly standing on the positions of the Christian worldview. The topics of social problems raised by them basically coincide with the problems of Christian social teaching as a whole: the role of spirituality in social development, labor, the relationship of the individual with society, the relationship between labor and capital, etc. The social views of Russian religious thinkers in terms of depth of analysis and breadth of coverage of social problems in some cases surpass the social doctrine of the Catholic Church. It is no coincidence that many Russian scientists in this area have received international recognition. The article deals with the works of Vl. Solovieva, N.A. Berdyaeva, S.N. Bulgakov, V.F. Erna, F.M. Dostoevsky, P.I. Novgorodtsev. The article is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the study of Russian religious thought, Christian social doctrine and interfaith relations in Russia, published earlier in the journal Vestnik UGNTU.
The relevance of the socio-political audit of civil society in Russia is dictated by the need for a modern, qualitatively new rethinking of such social phenomena and socio-political processes in the country as a social contract, civic consciousness, and public political activity. Socio-political audit is an innovative form of sociological analysis of the conditions for the development of society in order to identify the factors of social risks and develop a systematic approach to their solution in modern conditions. Socio-political audit is becoming a significant social phenomenon in the system of development of social, state and political relations as an institution of control and management of society and the state. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the relevance and urgency of the socio-technological approach to the study of social phenomena. The demand for such an approach is due to the sociopolitical and economic crisis in the country, which can only be overcome by modern innovative methods, including social technologies, which are able not only to understand the reasons for the regression of society, but also to propose programmatic and strategic ways to improve it, develop spiritual and creative potential of the state, society, social organizations and each person. Such a social technology is a socio-political audit - a tool for regulating socio-political relations through a dialogue of all parties interested in achieving social equilibrium. The main task of implementing socio-political audit as a social technology comes down to diagnosing social, political, social, economic problems and phenomena, assessing their state, formulating specific recommendations, developing systemic ways to solve and prevent problems and threats caused by current processes of globalization in specific historical stages of development of society. The theoretical value of this sociological study lies in the assessment of the state of civil society in Russia and the factors of its further development. The proposed socio-technological approach to studying the issues of the formation of civil society is aimed at transforming the entire sociopolitical space of the country
The relevance of this study lies in the study of social patterns in the development of relations between confessional communities, the forms of manifestation of these patterns associated with the assimilation, preservation and dissemination of religious ideas, ideas, norms and values. The theoretical value of the article lies in the fact that it actualizes the issues of confessional and interfaith relations in the post-Soviet period, the problems of the development of Orthodox culture and philosophical religious thought as a basis for a deeper spread of Christian social teaching in Russia. The paper defines the role of the Russian Orthodox Church during the period of its depopularization, considers a number of reasons for the decline in the number of believers and the decline in the popularity of the ROC in general and among young people in particular: bureaucratization, theocracy – the merger of the state and the church, the passive policy of the church in matters of popularizing Orthodoxy. The main attention is paid to the need to create a social concept of the Russian Orthodox Church as the main basic position on the relationship between church, state and society. The article highlights the views of Russian and foreign writers, theologians and philosophers I. Ilyin, P. Chaadaev, A. de Kustin, F. Dostoevsky, A. Solzhenitsyn, M. Marle, H. Kung, on the problems of church totalitarianism and "clerical aristocracy", issues of influence and mutual influence of various currents of Christianity on the formation of national character, moral-moral and spiritual values of a person, history of difficult relations between Orthodoxy and Catholicism, Orthodoxy and Soviet power. The value of the article lies in the fact that it raises practical issues of rapprochement of Christian confessions (ecumenism) in the field of interfaith relations, the need for such unity not to the detriment of the confessional, regional national specificity of Christianity, it notes a global trend towards a decrease in the role of religious institutions in the minds of people and the life of society – secularization and its causes: globalization, urbanization, the development of science and education, the development of material values and technological progress
