This program describes the experience over the ages and it was improved as the main goals of technology training used by specialty "Automation and Control" at the Department of Automation of Production Processes at the Karaganda State Technical University, within the program as the international distance educational project "SYNERGY" by the fallowing research direction such as: in process control and management for computer development and microprocessor systems; the government program of industrial-innovative development; the profile magistracy as a new educational system; the complexes of virtual practical-laboratory; on the basis of industrial equipment also on the basis of various control were created the stands; the new stands are designed and manufactured; the existing training stands are modernized; the contemporaneity educational standards are taken and created.
The article discusses the specifics of developing a virtual computer simulator of energy worker and a technology for training personnel of electrical services of coal mines. The paper describes the scope and main principles of simulator systems. The proposed energy worker's simulator model is described as a dual system: "Knowledge Base subsystem + Knowledge Control subsystem". In the work, we propose to build a training center for energy workers on the basis of the simulator, automated calculation of diagrams for calculating production units' power supply, as well as instruction and knowledge assessment system. The article presents a functional diagram of a training center equipped with a virtual simulator and considers two approaches in distributing software between the server and training center clients analyzing the advantages of each approach. Moreover, the work describes the technology for training coal mine electrical services employees and proposes an algorithm for using the simulator in training and controlling knowledge of this staff focusing on the advantages of using the simulator.
The principles of the Internet-technologies use for ensuring operational safety of power supply of breakage faces of coal mines with a problems solution of design, training and employees' knowledge assessment of electromechanical services are considered. The technology of the coal dredging from inclined and flat layers of average and above average power assumes that at the movement of a breakage face movements of electric equipment and recalculation of the power supply schemes will be required. The new scheme of power supply is approved according to the regulations registered in safety regulation (SR) and operational regulation (OR). Approach to creation a qualitative project of power supply of a breakage face as triune issue of the power supply development of breakage faces, training and assessment of staff's knowledge of electromechanical services of coal mines are considered and offered. The algorithms analysis of power supply schemes calculation is carried out. On condition of the qualitative scheme of power supply the probability of possible energy saving is estimated and conditions of optimization of high-quality production are defined. Research work on creation the automated system solution of the triune issue on the basis "cloud computing" use is analyzed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
