In this paper we present an improved nuclear density model. We have found the nuclear effect parameters’ formula RAV(x,Q2) and RAS(x,Q2) for the valence quark distribution and sea quark distribution in the nucleus, in which we have used the relation between the nuclear density and the mean binding energy in nucleus. By using the model, we can well explain the experimental data of the of Drell-Yan process in P-A.
In this paper we present an x rescaling paramenters' formula for partons in the extended x rescaling model, where we have established the connection between the rescaling parameter and the mean binding energy.Using x rescaling parameters obtained by the x rescaling parameters' formula,we calculate the average nucleon structure function ratio of DIS process in l-A(Al,Ca,Pb)collision to l-C collision respectively. The result is in good agreement with experimental data.
In this paper we present an improved double Q2 rescaling model.Based on this condition of the nuclear momentum conservation,we have found a Q2 rescaling parameters' formula of the model, where we have established the connection between the Q2 rescaling parameter ξi(i=v,s,g) and the mean binding energy in nucleus.By using this model,we coned explain the experimental data of the EMC effect in the whole x region, the nuclear Drell-Yan process and J/Ψ photoproduction process.
Using the empirical formula on F? (C)/F^1 (D) found by us and the analytical expression of the overall structure function of nucleon presented by CERN UA1 Collaboration, a simple calculating method on P+C -• 2jet+X process is presented. Our results will be checked by future experiments.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
