PT Mid Solusi Nusantara or commonly known as Mekari, is a company engaged in IT that is making software. Mekari has products such as Journal, Talent, Sleekr, and KlikPajak. Mekari in promoting its products through social media facilities such as Youtube and Instagram. Promotions include graphic design, motion graphics and videography. However, promotion in the form of videography is rarely done because the Creative Marketing division in particular the videography section is still not active on a regular basis for video production. Therefore, the production of videography is aimed at increasing the value of Mekari products and to recognize Mekari products to other businesses.The Field Work Practices Activity (PKL) is carried out in the Mid Plaza 2 Building, located on Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 10-11, Jakarta Pusat, 10220, Indonesia. This street vendor activity began on February 11, 2019 until May 3, 2019. Data collection was carried out using direct observation techniques, active participation, interviews, and discussions.The method used in video production involves three stages. These stages include Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Stages made in accordance with what was done during the Field Work Practices (PKL) both when working on the script, meeting with clients and video production processes such as editing, rendering to publication.The results of the video have been made as a promotional media for Mekari companies and the general public who want to find a platform for businesses that are increasingly developing in Indonesia. Mekari mempunyai produk yaitu Jurnal, Talenta, Sleekr, dan KlikPajak. Mekari dalam melakukan promosi produknya melalui sarana media sosial seperti Youtube dan Instagram. Promosi yang dilakukan berupa desain grafis, motion graphic dan videografi. Namun, promosi berupa videografi jarang dilakukan karena pada bagian divisi Marketing Creative khususnya bagian videografi masih belum aktif secara rutin untuk melakukan produksi video. Maka dari itu, produksi videografi dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai produk – produk Mekari dan untuk mengenali produk – produk Mekari kepada pembisnis lainnya.Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dilaksanakan di Gedung Mid Plaza 2, yang berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 10-11, Jakarta Pusat, 10220, Indonesia. Kegiatan PKL ini dimulai pada tanggal 11 Februari 2019 sampai 3 Mei 2019. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi langsung, partisipasi aktif, wawancara, dan diskusi.Metode yang digunakan dalam produksi video melibatkan tiga tahapan. Tahapan tersebut antara lain Pra Produksi, Produksi dan Pasca Produksi. Tahapan yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan saat Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) baik saat mengerjakan script, bertemu dengan klien maupun proses produksi video seperti editing, rendering hingga publikasi.Hasil video yang telah dibuat sebagai media promosi untuk perusahaan Mekari dan masyarakat umum yang ingin mengetahui satu platform untuk bisnis yang semakin berkembang di Indonesia.
<span lang="EN-US">Indonesia is the world’s largest producer of palm oil. To preserve its competitive advantages, the Indonesian oil palm sector must expand high-quality palm oil output. In oil palm quality control, the water content is a crucial parameter as it can be used as a reference to determine the right harvest time. Thus, this study proposed a near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy as a fast and non-destructive analysis to assess oil palm water content. NIR spectra were processed using Shannon entropy to describe the characteristics at each wavelength. In this study, oil palm fruit samples at various maturity levels were collected with eight different maturity fractions. Based on the analysis, the Shannon entropy value is closely related to any changes in the water content of palm oil. The entropy value has a decreasing trend as the water content increases. The proposed technique can predict the water content of an oil palm with satisfactory performance with values of 0.9746 of coefficient of determination (R<sup>2</sup>) and 2,487 of root mean square error (RMSE). Application of this model will lead to a fast and accurate prediction system related to oil palm water content.</span>

Horticulture Research and Development Center has four research centers, there are Vegetable Crops Research Institute (Balitsa), Tropical Fruit Research (Tropical Balitbu), Plant Research Institute (Balithi), and Research Institute for Citrus and Subtropical Fruits (Balitjestro). Each hall has a trial garden that is useful as a medium planting for variety plants developed by the Horticultural Research and Development Center. The results of fertilization of plants with certain varieties will be managed by UPBS or Seed Source Management Unit. The Field Work Practices is overseen by the Cooperation Division and Utilization of Agricultural Products. This activity produces products multimedia in the form of a web banner and company profile video for the Horticulture Research and Development Center. There are four methods used in the field of graphic design studies ie stages, concepts, material collection, design and implementation, and testing. The method used in the field of video studies consists of three stages that is, pre-production, production, and post-production. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk multimedia berupa banner web dan video company profile Puslitbang Hortikultura. Pembuatan video dan banner web menggunakan metode kajian yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan pada bidang kajian desain grafis terdapat empat tahapan yaitu, konsep, pengumpulan bahan, desain dan implementasi, dan pengujian. Metode yang digunakan pada bidang kajian video terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu, pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi.
Proses evaluasi pembelajaran salah satunya adalah melaksanakan ujian untuk mendapatkan nilai. Perolehan nilai erat kaitannya dengan soal ujian. Soal ujian yang diberikan harus menjadi alat ukur yang memadai untuk melakukan evaluasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang karakteristik setiap butir soal perlu dilakukan analisis soal dengan melihat aspek nilai pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran. SMAN 1 Cibungbulang adalah salah satu intitusi pendidikan yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Guru harus melakukan analisis terhadap soal yang telah dibuatnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut seringkali menemui kendala seperti terjadi salah perhitungan dan proses pengolahan datanya memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dan diikuti oleh guru di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang sebanyak 45 orang. Langkah evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas analisis soal sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru dan melaksanakan post test. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, 69% peserta dapat menyerap materi dengan baik dan sisanya 31% masih perlu pendampingan intensif untuk melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

If </em><em>eco</em><em>tourism or urban forest is a top priority in implementing the New Normal, managers </em><em>must </em><em>determine designs, </em><em>and make </em><em>procedures related to the applicable COVID-19 protocol. The research objective was to measure the comfort level of visitors before and during the pandemic using big data, then compile comfort design recommendations according to visitor preferences during the pandemic based on survey methods. </em><em>Social media Twitter and Google Map Review mentioning the Bogor Botanical Garden were collected a year before and six months during the pandemic. Analysis of text mining is carried out in order to obtain sentiment and initial perceptions about the Bogor Botanical Garden. Initial perceptions of visitors were used to construct the survey questionnaire. Furthermore, quantitative survey methods were used to analyze visitor activity and comfort. </em><em>Visitor comfort is limited to abiotic factors, namely accessibility, and facilities. Sentiment analysis shows pre-pandemic conditions had 48.26% more positive word frequency than during the pandemic for Twitter, but 23.29% less than during the pandemic for Google Map Review. Twitter are more sensitive to the current situation than Google Map Review. Positive perceptions of comfort include compliance management of KRB under the COVID-19 protocol (11.7%), better management (10.8%), well-maintained facilities and infrastructure (7.2%), and maintained hygiene (7.2%). Comfort design recommendations based on respondents' preferences for comfort (14.4%) include increasing the number of toilets, the number of rest areas, ramps for the elderly, areas and attractions to attract children, parks with new themes, and sustainability elements.</em></p>
