"A semiclrcular SIGAR," I replied.After ducking the thrown object which ensued, I went on to explain about SIGs, SICs, and the like, noting that the abbreviation "SIG," but not "SIC," is now listed in the new Webster's Dictionary.In the course of the explanation, I couldn't resist mentioning that members of SIGARCH are called SIGARCHers, that SIGARCH is headed by a sort of SIGARCHbishop who is assisted by lesser SIGARCHdeacons, and that the SIGARCHetype of SIGARCH is none other than SIGARCHimedes himself, accordinq to the SIGARCHivist,
