Anahtar Sözcükler: Gastrointestinal obstrüksiyon, Lipom, Özofagus, Duodenum, Endoskopi ABSTRACT Gastrointestinal lipomas are rare, benign, slow-growing, usually single and submucosal tumors. They are generally asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally but may be a cause of bleeding and obstructive symptoms according to their size and location. Endoscopic or surgical treatment may be necessary for large symptomatic lipomas. In this article, large esophageal and duodenal lipomas, which caused obstructive symptoms such as dysphagia and vomiting and were treated by endoscopic polypectomy, are reported.
