Abstract-We propose a new DVFS algorithm for enterprise systems that elevates performance as a first order control parameter and manages frequency and voltage as a function of performance requirements. We implement our algorithm on real Intel Westmere platform in Linux and demonstrate its ability to reduce the standard deviation from target performance by more than 90% over state of the art policies while reducing average power by 17%.
The antiparasitic program, which provides specific treatment and prevention regimens for fascioliasis, dictyoculosis, strongylatosis of the gastrointestinal tract and other parasitoses is the most effective link aimed primarily at removing helminths and preventing infection. Taking into account the total economic damage when helminthofauna in animals is represented simultaneously by parasitic species, it is necessary to be armed with anthelmintics of a wide spectrum of action. With their help, it is possible to carry out preventive measures most effectively and forced deworming, taking into account the epizootic situation and the present background of pathogens of invasions in the farm. As a result of the research, the higher efficiency and prospects of using Santel in the long-term forecast and Santomectin compared with the basic drugs of a narrow spectrum of action. Santomectin, acting on the larval and adult stages of fascioles, prevents the development of acute fascioliasis, as well as its transition to a chronic form; prevents the release of eggs of fascioles into the external environment, chronically ill animals, all this has the best effect on the epizootic situation, especially before being driven to pasture, and ultimately on the health and productivity of animals; it allows solving the problem of mixed parasitosis that cause the greatest economic damage; anthelmintics that are not active for larval stages of fascioles, slightly prevent contamination of pastures with trematodes, for the destruction of which repeated treatments are necessary
The main objective of the presented work is an attempt to give modern ideas about anaplasmas and anaplasmosis of cattle and small ruminants. Anaplasmosis is a blood-parasitic, transmissible, natural focal infection of animals and humans, occurring with the phenomena of deep anemia of an autoimmune nature and exhaustion caused by representatives of the Anaplasmataceae family of the order Rickettsiales. Anaplasmosis of cattle is currently widespread in Russia and in the world, and in most cases occurs in association with pathogens of protozoal, bacterial, viral infections, helminthiasis. The economic damage from it is very noticeable. One of the important links in the control of anaplasmosis is a thorough study of the connections of arthropods and pathogens of natural focal anaplasma infections. The pathogenesis of anaplasmosis has also been studied. Anaplasm penetrates into neutrophils at the site of tick suction or after dissemination into the bone marrow and other tissues. The invaded neutrophils are activated for the secretion of chemokines, which mobilize lymphocytes and macrophages, which subsequently trigger a subsequent cascade of immunological and pathogenetic reactions. In the last decade, the method of comparing the nucleotide sequences of PCR amplification products has been widely used in rickettsiology which allows to make significant amendments to the taxonomy of anaplasmas.
Analysis of veterinary reporting in the Tver Region in recent years allows us to conclude that the epizootic situation currently prevailing in the main helminthiasis of cattle has a persistent tendency to increase. Fascioliasis is one of the most common parasitosis that cause significant damage to cattle breeding. In the North-Western region, which belongs to the zone of periodic outbreaks of fascioliasis, invasion of Fasciola hepatica – occurs several times more often than in regions located in areas of insufficient moisture, in places that do not cover swampy and damp pasture areas, stagnant and low-flowing reservoirs. The extensinvasiveness of cattle in areas of excessive moisture can reach 90–100%. Based on the analysis of the reporting of this region, it can be noted that the epizootic process in fascioliasis is manageable, not only at the level of the economy, but also at the level of the whole territorial-administrative entity. The reporting data also confirm that the damage caused by fascioliasis consists of death, forced slaughter, culling liver affected by helminths, a 20–50% decrease in dairy and meat productivity, loss of breeding values and sexual activity of breeding bulls, a decrease in product quality and its energy value. A planned study of Santel's broad-spectrum angelmintic confirmed its following advantages compared to basic drugs: Santel has a long-lasting effect, which makes it possible to minimize the multiplicity of treatments; it is equally active against both preimaginal and imaginal forms of helminths (which allows significantly reduce the invasiveness of animals and prevent the spread of the pathogen in the external environment); convenient to use, taking into account the individual status of the animal (age and weight).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
