SP Aluminum is engaged in the manufacturing industry by producing cooking utensils. In its application, SP Aluminum has tried to produce quality products to satisfy consumers. However, there are still defects that appear in its products. Another problem is the product defects have not been handled seriously by the company. Based on these problems, this study utilizes 5 quality control methods from seven tools: flowchart, check sheets, p-chart, Pareto diagram, and fishbone diagrams. This research is a quantitative qualitative with direct data collection through observation and interviews. The data taken is the product defect in Super Wok Number 12. There are 49 defects data that have been processed. From the results of the check sheet analysis, it was found that the intensity category of the product defects occurrence was obtained. Furthermore, control chart analysis show that there are some data that are out of control. Then, Pareto diagram analysis show the most dominant types of defects are holes, dregs, and pores. Finally, the factors of the absence of written SOPs, less thorough and less competent employees, poor working environment, lack of machine maintenance, poor handling of raw materials and inappropriate material handling processes were common causes of product defects.
Abstrak: Analisis Risiko Pada Sistem Rantai Pasok Darah Pada Kondisi Pandemi Covid-19. SARS-Cov-2 yang menyebabkan COVID-19 menyerang sistem pernafasan manusia dan menyebar secara cepat di berbagai negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Untuk mengantisipasi dan meminimalkan penyebaran Covid-19, Pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan social distancing dan melakukan penutupan beberapa fasilitas umum. Hal tersebut berdampak pada pembatasan aktivitas, salah satunya fasilitas kesehatan, salah satu aktivitas di bidang kesehatan adalah donor darah. Kebijakan tersebut berdampak pada ketersediaan darah di Unit Donor Darah salah satunya pada PMI Kota Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis risiko pada rantai pasok darah di PMI Kota Yogyakarta menggunakan metode FMEA. Potensi risiko pada RPN yang dianalisis menggunakan risk table dan didapatkan kategori risiko yang memerlukan penanganan yaitu jumlah pendonor di Mobil Unit dan Dalam Gedung tidak sesuai dengan target, jumlah kegitan donor darah Mobil Unit tidak sesuai dengan target dan jumlah pasokan darah yang diperoleh tidak mencapai target. Solusi untuk menangani hal tersebut yaitu PMI dapat bekerjasama untuk melaksanakan donor darah di Mobil Unit dengan kerjasama di berbagai instansi pemerintah dengan tetap menerapkan prosedur kesehatan. Abstract: Risk Analysis of the Blood Supply Chain System in the Covid-19 Pandemic SARS-Cov-2 cause COVID-19 that attacks the human respiratory system and spreads rapidly in many countries, one of which is Indonesia. To anticipate and minimize the spread of Covid-19, the Indonesian Government implemented the social distancing policy and closed several public facilities. This has impact on limiting activities, one of which is health facilities, one of the activities in the health sector is blood donation. This policy has an impact on the availability of blood in the Blood Donor Unit, one of which is PMI Yogyakarta. In this study, a risk analysis on the blood supply chain at PMI kota Yogyakarta was analyzed using the FMEA method. The potential risks in the RPN were analyzed using a risk table and the risk categories that required treatment, the number of donors in the Mobile Unit and in the Building did not reach the target, the number of blood donor activities in the Mobil Unit did not reach the target and the amount of blood supply obtained did not reach the target. The solution to solve the problem, PMI can work together to carry out blood donations of Mobil Unit in collaboration with various government department or agencies, with implementing health procedures.
Industri Rumah Tangga Wijaya Kusuma merupakan industri kecil yang bergerak di bidang makanan kecil dengan memproduksi keripik tempe. Secara keseluruhan dalam proses produksi keripik tempe masih menggunakan tenaga manusia yang mengandalkan kinerja tangan dengan pergerakan yang berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya keluhan pasca kerja. Postur kerja dengan kepala yang menunduk dalam posisi duduk yang membungkuk menimbulkan keluhan atau gejala pasca kerja, seperti sakit dibagian leher, bahu, punggung dan tangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur beban kerja dan tingkat kelelahan yang diterima pekerja serta mengetahui hubungan diantara keduanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah %CVL untuk mengklasifikasikan beban kerja melalui denyut nadi pekerja dan kuesioner SSRT untuk mengukur tingkat kelelahan pekerja melalui penilaian subjektif. Pengukuran beban kerja dan tingkat kelelahan dilakukan pada 10 responden. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan beban kerja dengan kategori tidak terjadi kelelahan adalah 6 orang dan pekerja dengan kategori dianjurkan perbaikan tidak mendesak adalah 4 orang. Tingkat kelelahan yang dialami 10 orang pekerja termasuk kelelahan kerja sedang. Dari uji Pearson Correlations diperoleh nilai correlation coefficient sebesar 0,732 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan kuat beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan pekerja Industri Rumah Tangga Keripik Tempe.
The high level of fluctuating demand for products that consumers want, makes companies need to have a demand estimation or forecasting tool. PT. Satria Abadi is a manufacturing company engaged in the leather tanning process. Leather processed by PT. Adi Satria Abadi consists of two types of leather, namely goat skin (Goat Cabretta and Goat Batting) and sheep skin (Sheep Cabretta and Sheep Batting). In the tanning process, PT. Adi Satria Abadi sometimes encounters several obstacles, one of which is insufficient raw materials. This is because there has not been an estimate of the need for raw materials for the production process to fulfil demand. To deal with these obstacles, it is necessary to estimate the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Cabretta Leather and Sheep Batting Leather so that there is no shortage of raw materials that can hinder the leather tanning production process. Based on the pattern of demand for raw materials, Sheep Cabretta Leather and Sheep Batting Leather are included in a random or fluctuating demand pattern. Therefore, the method used to predict the need for raw materials is Single Exponential Smoothing with 0.1 to 0.9. From the results of the calculation of forecasting accuracy, it was found that the smallest MSE value lies in the results of forecasting with the Single Exponential Smoothing method with an alpha value of 0.7 of 44560919259, while in sheep Batting Leather, it also lies in the Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting with an alpha of 0.7 with an MSE value amounting to 31462955201. Therefore, the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Caretta Leather for June based on forecasting calculations using the Single Exponential Smoothing method with an alpha value of 0.7 is 964,878.62 SF, while for the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Batting Leather is 989,018.39 SF.
