With the development of economy, enclosed water area which is represented by lakes and reservoirs has become water environment sensitive areas in our country. The enclosed water pollution made by ships is increasingly serious. To strengthen inland river pollution prevention has become the urgent matter. Based on the ships motile pollution sources, we getting oil pollution information from the ship’s oil pollution monitoring and control system for oil pollution information, using Fay extension process of oil spill and Lagrange tracking method, analyze of oil pollution area and the change of position to lock oil range in advance and implementation pollution control as well as making an emergency response of ship’s pollution monitoring.
This paper compares the mental health education between Chinese and American universities based on field visits to 6 universities. As shown in the investigations, the differences lie in 4 aspects. Firstly, the working mechanism of mental health education is horizontal in America but threedimensional in China. Secondly, American universities focus on problem students while their Chinese counterparts concentrate on the entire group. Thirdly, American psychological counselors are only in charge of counseling services, whereas in China psychological counselors shoulder extra responsibilities. Fourthly, American universities have standard crisis management procedure while Chinese universities attach importance to pre-crisis warnings. The conclusion is that Chinese universities should maintain their characteristics and strengths, and at the same time, draw inspirations from their American counterparts.
With the development of China's economy, waterway transport due to large volume, low cost, can at the lowest cost of transportation units to provide the maximum amount of freight is widely used. The ship in traffic and transportation, plays an important role, it also brings many problems. According to the present situation of pollution prevention management of inland river ships, from the maritime supervision, ship oil pollution prevention, ship sewage treatment, put forward four proposals to ship garbage pollution control and air pollution, and provide methods for the management of inland river shipping pollution.
By means of the comparative analysis of the learning abilities of Chinese and American college students, it has been found out that Chinese and American college students have differences in learning motivation and purpose, mainly because of the two countries' difference in national system, ideology and values, leading to the differences in Chinese and American education ideas, student-affairs managements, classroom teachings and examinations. China should cultivate college students' learning ability by adopting such measures as guiding self-planning to improve their learning goals, adjusting the learning method to improve their learning ability, enhancing the self-motivation with the help of recessive education, carrying out the management system and encouraging the students to participate in the learning practice.
The present research aims to find the deficiencies of postgraduate training in domestic maritime academies by analyzing training mode, curricula setting, experiment and practice, teaching form and administrative situation. Besides, based on training features and experiences of foreign maritime academies and practical environment and situation of domestic maritime academics, the research proposes improved measures on postgraduate training of maritime academics.
