This paper classifies the influential factors of industry-education-research(IER) synergetic innovation capability in colleges and universities into environmental exogenous pull, organizational endogenous push and innovation network control, which contain the second-level factors respectively, and builds a structural equation model containing these factors from the perspective of the system. The relevant data are collected through questionnaire survey and analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis method. The results show that the structural equation model is valid and that there exists high correlation between factor constructs. This study provides a reference for the improvement of IER synergetic innovation capability in Chinese colleges and universities.
Based on the connotation and characteristics of industry-university-research (IUR) synergetic innovation in universities, this paper analyses the composing dimensions of its maturity and ranks it according to the perfection degree of the dimensions. On this basis, this paper puts forward the maturity model of synergetic innovation in universities and defines the key processes of the synergetic innovation ability maturity of different levels.
Abstract. From the system perspective, this paper classifies the OCW organization mechanism into seven parts, which include course selection mechanism, teaching contents and methods design mechanism, video fabricating mechanism, intellectual property protection mechanism, service & feedback mechanism, publicity & promotion mechanism, and operation mechanism, aimed at constituting a structural equation model composed of such seven first-order factors. The first-order structural model is tenable, and there is higher correlation between factor constructs; the second-order factor model is also tenable and gives an interpretation of the correlation between the first-order factors. The research outcome will serve the China's higher education institutions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
