Background
Accelerated by the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, major and lasting changes are occuring in healthcare structures, impacting people's experiences and value creation in all aspects of their lives. Information systems (IS) research can support analysing and anticipating resulting effects.
Aim
The purpose of this study is to examine in what areas health information systems (HIS) researchers can assess changes in healthcare structures and, thus, be prepared to shape future developments.
Method
A hermeneutic framework is applied to conduct a literature review and to identify the contributions that IS research makes in analysing and advancing the healthcare industry.
Results
We draw an complexity theory by borrowing the concept of 'zooming-in and out', which provides us with a overview of the current, broad body of research in the HIS field. As a result of analysing almost 500 papers, we discovered various shortcomings of current HIS research.
Contribution
We derive future pathways and develop a research agenda that realigns IS research with the transformation of the healthcare industry already under way.
Blockchain inherits tensions that depend on its infrastructure design as well as distinctive features of, among others, smart contracts and storage mechanisms. Studies propose coping strategies for companies that deal with blockchain-related tensions, but so far suggestions are characterized by context-and casespecificity. This paper proposes a meta-view on tensions arising from the implementation and usage of blockchain in organizational contexts. A structured literature review is conducted to condense existing insights from the literature to a meta-view on blockchain-related tension. A framework provides insights into different types of tensions. The framework has two aims: (1) providing a foundation to jointly build insights and IS theorization on blockchain tensions without being case-and context-sensitive. ( 2), it provides food for thought for companies that want to implement or use blockchain, which serves as first step toward developing recommendations that guide companies through identifying and managing tensions arising from blockchain implementation and usage.

Tuberculosis remains one of the deadliest infectious diseases in Vietnam. Its occurrence is exacerbated by erratic treatment, in particular by taking medication only sporadically or if patients discontinue the medication in an early stage. Previous approaches to support treatment adherence focus on monitoring (e.g., tele-observation) or external stimulation (e.g., rewards). These approaches, however, have not yet shown the desired effects. We assert that this is because current approaches focus on combatting the outcome, i.e., erratic treatment, instead of tackling the reasons for treatment noncompliance. Notably, the latter is heavily related to the stigmatization of TB patients and, especially, selfstigmatization. Using a design science research approach, this paper proposes a research plan for developing a gamified information system that aims at reducing patients self-stigmatization, by providing features that support TB patients community building as well as TB patients empowerment.
