Resumo A pesquisa visou investigar ações e estratégias de Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) na Rede de Cuidados à Pessoa com Deficiência (PcD), sob a perspectiva de trabalhadores e gestores da saúde. Pesquisa exploratória, tipo estudo de caso, com abordagem mista, realizada nos 13 municípios da Região 28 de Saúde do Rio Grande do Sul, com amostra de 37 sujeitos envolvidos na atenção à saúde das PCDs. Os questionários foram analisados com estatística descritiva, em frequências absolutas e relativas, e as entrevistas por Análise de Conteúdo, culminando três categorias temáticas. Os resultados apontaram que a EPS na Rede de Cuidados às PcDs constitui-se como ferramenta à qualificação das práticas profissionais, mas a maioria dos trabalhadores não participa dessas ações, pois os municípios não as oferecem. Identificou-se que os sujeitos não reconhecem situações cotidianas de trabalho, espaços e momentos informais, como ações de EPS. As dificuldades das ações de EPS foram justificadas pelas inadequadas estruturas físicas dos serviços e baixo quantitativo de profissionais na equipe. Identificou-se pequena quantidade de profissionais envolvidos e reduzido interesse com a temática da PcD, demarcada pela não participação ativa dos usuários dos serviços em ações desse campo. Assim, são indispensáveis reflexões que reconheçam as ações educativas nos ambientes laborais, transformando-as em práticas cotidianas de atenção à saúde das PCDs.

Objetivo: pesquisar, junto aos profissionais que atuam em grupos de risoterapeutas, os limites e possibilidades de atuação com a equipe de enfermagem. Método: pesquisa qualitativa transversal exploratória. Participaram nove indivíduos que atuam no Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semi-estruturada gravada. Resultados: a análise temática resultou em quatro unidades: Perfil dos entrevistados; Os risoterapeutas e os modos como se constituem; O risoterapeuta no processo terapêutico; Expressões artísticas como forma de comunicação entre risoterapeutas usuários e profissionais de enfermagem. Conclusão: os resultados apontam que a possibilidade da atuação dos risoterapeutas com a equipe de enfermagem está em influenciar positivamente o ambiente de trabalho, melhorar a resposta assistencial e promover humanização em saúde.
This work is an exploratory, descriptive, qualitative study, developed in six rural municipalities of the 13th Regional Health Coordination (CRS) of Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Study conducted with 19 subjects. The objective was to investigate the use of integrative and complementary health practices (PICS) in the Unified Health System (SUS) as a contributory factor for changing the reality of medication use by users living in the rural area of municipalities in the 13th CRS / LOL. The rural population has important difficulties in accessing health services, with that, integrative therapies are very common and disseminated in rural areas. PICS have the ability to generate positive responses to drug treatments in the psychological or physiological realm, and can be used to reduce the use of medications or as an adjunct to treatments and disease prevention. The vast majority of therapies contribute to improving the quality of life of users, and may reduce the use of medicines, especially those for continuous use, however, they are not substitutes.
Background People with disabilities (PWD) living in rural areas are subject to various vulnerabilities and inequalities that add to the barriers faced due to disabilities. The study aims to identify the sociodemographic profile of PWD living in rural areas of southern Brazil. Methods Quantitative study and a section of the ongoing research 'Work, Inclusion and Health Problems of People with Disabilities in Rural Scenario: an analysis in the southern region of Brazil', from the Health Studies and Research Group of the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC)/Brazil. Conducted in six municipalities in the state of Rio Grande do Sul with 37,333 inhabitants, 84.3% in the rural area and 32.7% are PWD. The first stage of data collection occurred through the survey of PWD older than 18 years and the second stage through a questionnaire. For statistical and descriptive analysis, the Software SPSS 22.0 was used. The research comply with the Resolution 466/2012 and the Ethics and Research Committee of UNISC approved it under nº. 341658. Results The subjects represent 1.33% of the total population and 1.57% of the rural population of the 6 municipalities. Data were compiled from 495 subjects and 22 of them answered the questionnaire. It was identified 271 subjects from three municipalities, 52.8% were male. The deficiencies were 39.1% intellectual, 25.5% physical, 18.1% auditory, 8.9% visual and 8.6% multiple. Of the 22: 12 were men; 12 were between 18 and 35 years old; 16 with white skin color; 11 did not complete elementary school; 13 with intellectual/mental disabilities; in 18 subjects the deficiencies are of congenital origin; 17 never worked; 5 have already worked and one still work. Conclusions The study shows that the PWD are mostly young men with low level of education, who did not perform work activity and with congenital mental disabilities. Such data are important for planning public policies that are more effective. Key messages Identifying data and the profile of PWD in rural contexts contributes to the development of public policies in the municipalities investigated and can contribute to other locations and regions. People with disabilities (PWD) living in rural areas are subject to various vulnerabilities and inequalities that add to the barriers faced due to disabilities.
