El presente trabajo de investigación se realizo en una empresa que surgió en los inicios de la pandemia del virus SARS-Co-V-2 causante de la enfermedad COVID-19 ya que vieron la oportunidad de negocio debido a la inmovilidad y la falta de empleo tomo la iniciativa de ofrecer servicios a domicilio. El objetivo del trabajo de investigación es presentar un Modelo de Negocio que ayude a las empresas que se dediquen a este giro visualizar de manera global los principales factores involucrados para que una empresa sea exitosa es por ello que se decidió utilizar el modelo CANVAS ya que esta herramienta involucra nueve aspectos básicos que se debe de considerar para crear un Modelo de Negocio exitoso. Como principal resultado es el diseño del Modelo Canvas identificando los aspectos involucrados en una empresa de servicio a domicilio.
The objective of the application of the Balanced Scorecard methodology in the Veterinary and supplies PA`LANTE S.P.R. OF R.L. DE C.V. In the area of production and repair of trailers is to identify exactly what should be monitored to introduce a reliable measurement strategy that provide information on performance and understand why they are giving certain results, the methodology is to align the companies towards the achievement of business strategies, through tangible objectives and indicators as it converts the vision of companies into action through a coherent set of indicators grouped into four business perspectives that are: Financial, Clients, Internal Processes and Training and Growth since this methodology suggests that these perspectives cover all the processes necessary for the proper functioning of a company. The contribution of the methodology is to determine what factors are influencing the area of production and repair of trailer that are affecting the production times considering the last three quarters of the year 2018.
This research work was carried out with the objective of optimizing and improving the process of loading the goods transported in a commercial company of industrial products, where it was required to diagnose the area of shipments or departures, pointing out the current problems of the company through from an Ishikawa diagram, Later the stages of the loading process were identified by taking and recording the times taken, Likewise; The items with the highest turnover and their characteristics were recorded, by reviewing historical loads, proceeding to the taking and recording of volumetric dimensions measurement in the; load units, to the packaging or boxes and wooden pallets with the support of a flexometer and the use of Hopewell Autocube 8200 (Volumetric measurements), through the use of AutoCAD some load simulations were carried out, comparing and identifying the empty spaces that They were left due to poor arrangement, managing to optimize them by increasing the amount of cargo and thus preventing the goods handled from being damaged during transport, in addition, an improvement was obtained in the completion times of the stages of the registered process under constant supervision.
This is article is oriented to the design of a supply chain that is essential for a better distribution of products, mainly in the fishing sector, giving better customer service. The main objective of the fishing cooperatives is to supply fish food products obtained from the Tamiahua lagoon (Area Number 2) to the local wineries and nearby communities in a timely manner. A study of the current conditions was carried out, implemented tools of the Ishikawa diagram and processes to determine the supply chain. According to the techniques used, it was determined that attention must be paid to this sector due to the decrease in production compared to previous years, as well as the decrease in some species that have been presented to date. In addittion, the design of the supply chain was determined in order to guarantee the distribution of the product in the fishing sector. The cooperative must take into account the supply chain because it has to ensure the sale and distribution of the fish.
La problemática presenta el control ineficiente de los sistemas de almacenamiento así como el control de inventarios dificulta los procesos productivos y consume un tiempo considerable en el primer eslabón productivo. Esta problemática repercute en una deficiente gestión de la materia prima, lo que ocasiona retrasos en los eslabones productivos. La importancia de agilizar los procesos de corte y optimizar tareas aumentan el tiempo productivo. Mediante el método ABC aplicado en el almacén se determina optimizar tiempos en la identificación y montado de las barras de acero por lo que consecuentemente se opera con mayor fluidez y rendimiento. Esta investigación pretende impulsar que se adopten sistemas de gestión de inventarios y almacenamiento, las empresas deben tener conocimiento de su rendimiento y aprovechar sus áreas de oportunidad. Contar con optimizaciones de tiempo impacta favorablemente los tiempos de entregas, además una categorización y ubicación adecuada agilizan los procesos que dependen directamente de componentes almacenados.
