The problem of contemporary teachers' commitment to research activities is regarded as an essential condition to improve their competitiveness. In this respect, this article aims to disclose the basic components of developing the research competence of vocational education institutions teachers. The article deals with the nature and content of such basic components of developing teachers' research competence as motivational-value, methodological-reflexive, operational-activity, and emotional-volitional components. The presented components of developing teachers' research competence are aimed at ensuring integrity and continuity of a competitive as a subject teacher formation process, integrating research and professional activities. The article submissions are both of academic and practical importance for teachers of secondary and higher professional education, as well as for students of teacher training professions of higher and secondary professional education institutions.
The importance of the research is determined by the cognitive functions of the institutional history, in this case in terms of the study of various aspects of the educational system as a special sphere of cooperation between the state and public institutions, as well as human and science. The aim of the article is to determine and analyze tendencies in the development of educational and methodological framework of the religious educational process (the process of teaching fundamentals of religion) in the secular educational environment of the particular erathe modernization period (the second half of the 19 th -early 20 th centuries) and in the particular region (Kazan as a typical provincial center of the Russian Empire). The main method of this study is the historical-comparative method, which allows to compare the experience in use of educational materials in secondary schools in Kazan applying historical records analysis. The results presented in the article show the influence of social, economic, political and cultural process taking place in the Russian Empire during the period of modernization on the religious educational process in secular schools, manifested, in particular, in the pluralization of educational and methodological framework. The materials of the article may be useful for the studies within the institutional history of education and the church, as well as for modern discussions about the place of religion in the secular educational environment.
University management is currently supported by information system providing storage and data structuring of information required. Managing the development and improvement of the educational process quality requires creation of a monitoring system covering all of its objects and various measurement tools, which monitors the set of all features. The paper presents the components of pedagogical management, considers indicators of pedagogical processes and methods of evaluation, which define the basis for monitoring the educational processes at the University. Also the structure of a software module is shown, that works on the principle of the expert system and identifies problem characteristics of the educational activity. The results of the experimental work show the effectiveness of the presented software, that supports management decision-making of university departments' leadership and faculty.
At present it is known that the morphology of the tongue mucous membrane is significantly impacted by the state of the internal organs that is manifested indirectly through the nervous and circulatory systems. This necessitates a detailed study of the structure of the tongue vascular system. The aim of this study was to investigate the morphology of tongue vascular bed in intact white rats. The study was performed on 10 outbred white rats of both sexes, weighing 204±0.67 g. The experiment was conducted in accordance with the bioethical norms and ethical principles of work with experimental animals. Traditional paraffin and semi-thin sections were made from the preparations of the tongue and then examined with a light microscope. We have found the tongue vascular bed in white rats by its general characteristics is very similar to the vascular bed morphology of human tongue. We distinguish two relatively autonomous associations of blood micro vessels in the tongue circulatory bed of white rats. The first is represented by a capillary network running through the muscles of the tongue and providing trophism of the muscles and small salivary glands of the tongue. The second is localized in the lamina propria of the mucous membrane and, in turn, is divided into a superficial capillary network in the connective tissue papillae, the main purpose of which is indirect provision of trophic processes of multilayered squamous keratin epithelium, and deep capillary network providing blood supply to the connective tissue. The microcirculatory bed of the tongue mucous membrane in white rats has noticeable differences in metric parameters in the area of the apex, body and basal parts, which must be taken into account when interpreting experimental studies.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
