RESUMOThis extended abstract presents perspectives on the Theory of Mindapplied to the recognition and intervention of occupational stress.We expose our perspectives based on the conceptualization of intelligentagents capable of (i) acquiring information to create modelsfor others’ mental attitudes; (ii) interacting with others to confirmmental attitudes into their theory of mind; and (iii) controllingothers’ stress, intervening when it is necessary, using other’s mentalattitude model to create persuasive arguments.
