This paper presents a work in progress that is being developed at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina -UDESC as a research project in the area of Mathematics Education. These are studies in a Observatory and Laboratory of Innovative Practices in Education (OBLABI) on selection, experimentation and development of learning objects of Mathematics and Statistics to be used on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, at all levels of education, from primary to higher education.
