The availability of large numbers of closely matched devices has led to the development of special circuit techniques that depend on the similarity of device characteristics for proper operation. These matched circuit design techniques are used throughout analog circuit design and produce high-performance circuits that require very few resistors. One of the most important of the IC techniques is the current mirror circuit, in which the output current replicates, or mirrors, the input current. Multiple copies of the replicated current can be generated, and the gain of the current mirror can be controlled by scaling the W/L ratios of MOSFETs. The current accuracy is a very important index for a high performance circuit. In this paper, proposed circuit has been designed and simulated on 0.03μm channel length with Microwind software. Simulated results for varying aspect ratio, W/L 1, 2 and 3 produce drain current, I d of 300, 600 and 925 μA at 1V V d and V g respectively.
Surha Tal is one of the largest floodplains of river Ganga in eastern Uttar Pradesh. In general, soils of Surha Tal are fertile and sustain higher productivity of kharif rice, wheat, maize, mustard and vegetables. Earlier Diwakar and Singh (1992 a&b, 1993) studied the genesis, mineralogy, aggregation etc. of the Tal land of Bihar but virtually no information is available about soil fertility status of Tal land and in particular Surha Tal of Ballia district and hence present study was conducted.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
